> 3 dayGot this for a new puppy. It is too hot in AZ to leave the puppy outside all day so we needed a solution to keep her inside without giving her free reign of the house. This was the perfect solution. Diamond is a small dog, so this gives her tons of room to move about. It is high enough that she is not able to jump out of it. I have positioned one of the openings by the back door so it is easy for me or the kids to open it and let the dog right out the back soon as we get home so she can go out and do her business. It is easy to keep clean and easy to fold up and put away if company is coming over. For these reasons, I am giving the Evenflo Play Space 5 stars

> 3 dayI wanted to add my existing pen, which obviously this did. My only complaint would be that it is not available in the grey of the original pen. But that’s an aesthetic issue, not functionality one.

> 3 dayI love a lot of things about this product. 1. the price! 2. it is able to be used as a closed hexagon or opened up as a wall 3. easy to clean (could use it outside) 4. the neutral color options make it blend in with our living room 5. the additional pieces that can be purchased if you want to make it bigger 6. folds and opens very easily We use this opened up as a wall to enclose a play space. Keep it slightly folded while open (like an accordion/zig-zag) and it is pretty sturdy on its own.

Greater than one weekThis is a great gate. The only problem is that it can be flimsy. My 11 month old stands at it and it bends when he loses balance. Just hope it doesnt close up on him. Also he can push it and it moves. Right now we are just going to use it to block him from the fireplace and tv stand.

> 3 dayI purchased this gate about 12 years ago when I had my first toddler in the house. The product at that time was sturdy, durable, heavy-duty. I had the item well after my last child needed it and used this gate outdoors to block off areas of the yard to keep dogs and chickens from wondering into the front. Anyway, after all those years of weathering, getting beat up and kicked around, my final gate panel broke and I purchased this new one. I received it yesterday and needed to express my disappointment in this gate. I do understand that over the course of time companies try to save money and make changes. However, this gate is no longer the quality item it used to be. Cheap plastic, not heavy-duty, it does not stand up as strait as the old one did, the plastic is thin and when set up it does not stand rigid; I need to prop the ends up against something to hold it up (I didnt need to do that with the old one). Mind you, I am not using this with all the pieces connected together in order to close up a child, I use mine to keep the chickens off the deck, so maybe it may be sturdier when connected together. However, I cant imagine this gate would be sturdy enough to withstand a child pulling itself up or banging against it. That being said, I do like the improvements made on the connective features-they have made it easier to take the pieces apart and secure together. I also like the option of colors although I do wish they still offered the brown tone. Overall, Im keeping it, it works for my needs and was reasonably priced, but it will not survive 12 years like the old one. Im sure some millennials will think this product is great, but they have nothing to compare it with. Too bad.

> 3 dayI use mine in the beginning for a gate to keep my child off our Christmas tree shes only one years old and in to everything and I didnt want to have to reprimand her every time I turned around for pulling off Christmas decorations. Anyway it worked perfectly it was big enough to go all the way around our Christmas tree with room to spare for Christmas presents she couldnt knock it over even though it wasnt connected in the back it has rubber on the bottom of it to keep it from being pushed over that makes this very sturdy connected or unconnected Ill have to say I recommend this for any parent with a toddler it is very long when stretched out you can use it for a multitude of reasons and for 60 bucks you cant beat that Ive seen some way more expensive than this and they were probably a lot less effective. This one is very good quality I want 100% recommend this item and it could most definitely be used for dogs as well.
