> 24 hourBoth the tap and the die clean up the treads nicely. I used the tap to clean up the female threads in cast iron. I used the die to clean up the threads on the bolt.

> 24 hourPoor quality, not cut well and cheap material is starting to rust even with oil coating

> 24 hourMore tools for the garage. I had a stripped mount bolt and nut for my 4Runner steering rack, this solved the problem without having to buy new bolts, nuts etc.

> 24 hourThis tap broke before I finished one hole . I’ve only broke 2 other taps in 22 years In trades and both of those had tapped countless holes and were extremely well used so this thing really missed the mark . Im also stuck trying to remove low quality broken tap from my part

> 24 hourDid exactly what I needed in fixing the thread on a Honda 3-wheeler axle where the castle nuts are screwed on. Thanks.

> 24 hourI needed this for only one issue. The steering arm on my old riding mower could not be adjusted due to bad threads both female and male. I cut off about 3/8 inch of the steering arm, re-threaded it with the die, and re-threaded the female with the tap and reassembled the arms. By making the arms shorter I was able to adjust the wheels and make them point in the same direction instead of cross eyed. The tap and die worked perfectly for this one need. Since it was single use for me (so far) I dont know real quality or longevity of the tools. Therefore the four instead of five star.

> 24 hourNot as expensive as the others. Great value for the money. May not be a everyday item, but for the odd job that I had it worked to perfection.
