Refused to charge fully ! Then no bass sounds at all, very tinny sounds , ad said full bass sounds, where? Speakers overall were breaking up with too much highs and midrange hurting my ears. Yes I tried adjusting EQ and use on other devices. Just got worse and worse. Also was an offer with this unit for 20 dollar Amazon gift card. I followed instructions for gift card , nothing happened. A big joke offer. These 3rd party sellers need to be look at better, more so when an offer is made and fails to materialize. I cannot believe these headphones normally sell over 100 dollars. Junk ! Still waiting on a refund so here again have to jump through hoops to send back. Only had 10 days or so. I try to make sure to avoid 3rd party sellers and this did come direct from Amazon but another loophole with Amazon. It us getting worse and worse using Amazon and bring A Prime member for years seems to not help me at all. When it expires I may give it up this time. Too expensive now and days of 2 day shipping are mostly gone and too many prime videos are oay only or have ads now. No more benefits to keeping Prime.

Decent Headphones for the price. Controls are a bit confusing.
