> 3 dayIt’s sticky it works it’s tape lol. Used it for moving never had any issues with moving boxes opening. We put it on the boxing tape roller installed easy stayed on didn’t slide off. Rape was easy to tear using the thingy lol. 4 large rolls it’s very good value for the price.

> 3 daySticks well enough, but the thinness makes it readily stick to itself (permanently) before it gets to the package, which means increased waste, so not the best value.

03-11-2024Worst tape I ever used, weak and thin, splits to make it frustrating and impossible to use.

05-11-2024This is a really thin tape. Its as thin as they come. Its hard to neatly apply because its so thin, so it sticks to itself when you try to tape it to a box. It tears easily and can sometimes be difficult to start a new piece without the tape shredding. Duck brand HD Clear tape is a very good tape. This version is horrible and I wont buy again.

> 3 dayI use it to mail ebay boxes. It is thinner than similar tape I bought in teh past. If you lose teh end, hard to find it again and it doesnt fit on the dispensers I have. Sticks ok, not as good as other brands. Never had any complaints on shipping so I guess it works ok.

07-11-2024This tape is okay and probably more my fault. Im used to using another brand that is much heavier duty than this. This tape is thin and in my opinion, not the best for shipping packages but I probably didnt read clearly that its standard and not heavy duty.

> 3 dayUpdate: the company responded, so will add a star, and if the replacement is exceptional I will come and add another star. See below. “Thank you for e-mailing concerning our products. We regret that you have had this experience, but appreciate the opportunity to correct the situation. When tape behaves in the manner you described, it usually means the tape is old or has been warehoused incorrectly. Age and temperature extremes can cause the adhesive on tape to deteriorate and cause the tape to tear improperly or not adhere. We have little control over how or for how long our products are housed once they leave our facility. We also distribute five different grades of carton sealing tapes based on the thickness of the tape. In order of descending thickness they are HP260, HD Clear, EZ START®, Commercial Grade and Standard Grade. Shurtape Technologies was the first to introduce an improved carton sealing tape that lifts easily off the roll, and unrolls smooth and easy every time you use it. This is our Ultra Performance Grade and is called EZ START®. All Shurtape Technologies products are backed by our Quality Guarantee. Please provide a complete mailing address and we will be happy to send you replacement rolls“ Original review: I care that it is made in USA. It is written all over it. But shouldnt that mean that it lasts long (at least a year!) and that the quality is high? I dont know... I feel confused about this. The first few months it worked fine as a tape, a bit on the thin side but in many situations being thin and strong helped. But now... I still have 4 rolls out of 6 remaining, and after 10 months they are fused into a roll. It is like trying to peel off a bark from a tree- comes out in strands, to the point I dont know where is the beginning and the end. I have not contacted customer support on this, but I hope they will replace these rolls. So wasteful!

Greater than one weekThese are thin, so they get very easily split up in middle. But still it is very good value if you can stand up with that.
