I switched to aluminum-free deodorant about a year ago, and everything people said was true. I began sweating less, my shirt stopped staining in the armpits, it was great. But alum-free deodorants just didnt last on me more than a few hours, and Id get a rash from time to time under my arms. I tried Axe, Old Spice, and Toms, but nothing worked. Dove was my fourth attempt at finding a good aluminum deodorant, and it might be my last. It lasts longer than any other brand Ive used, smells good but isnt as strong as Id like (I bought the clean comfort scent), and I havnent gotten a rash or felt irritated at all in a month of using it. Definitely recommend.

Bought this product because I use dove deodorant and thought I could get cheaper off line than in store where Price went up. Wrong! Is just about same price. Not sellers fault, just how it is. Scent is ok, strong at first but when applied and after a duration will fade to the I did shower today scent. Deodorant for me last a good while, which is why I was less than amused at the cost since I last purchased. Listen ladies.... Things might get rough if this keeps happening. I went for the two pack, but was amazed when only one showed up. This could be that one fell out when it was opened and lost in the void, could have only been shipped as one, or it is possible that this is the deodorant equivalent of the three wolf t-shirt, and it was just plain stolen because of superior quality and sex appeal. Ill still use it because I like it, but it cost almost a dollar more than it did last time I bought it. Im not talking Reagan administration, Im talking like 6ish months ago. Its good, but price is getting high. I was serious ladies....

I typically use magnesium deodorants that are odorless and are healthy for you. However, I wanted to try a cheaper alternative that did not contain aluminum. This product fit the bill. It’s billed as lasting several days, but I found it’s good for a day to a day and a half depending on how sweaty you get. It’s not an anti-perspirant but the sweat won’t be stinky. Smells good too. Recommend.

I ran out of my favorite deoderant, Mitchum, and was very disappointed that it was no longer a Prime product. In looking through the alternatives, I found only one that had no alcohol or aluminum, Dove. Well, what did I have to lose? I ordered the pack of two, and it arrived in one day. The scent is pleasant though I think I prefer the unscented Mitchum. In all other respects, it does what its supposed to do, and I highly recommend it even though there was a major irritation: I couldnt get the *&$@! cap off. I used a knife thinking that there was a thin seal. No luck. Twisting, digging, no matter what I tried ... until I got out a pair of plumbers pliers. I put a towel around the top to make sure I didnt crack the container, and it finally came off. I dont know if this is just an anomaly for this single stick, but if not, be prepared for a struggle during which you may sweat, but thats what you have the dove deoderant for ;-)

Love this product. It glides on the skin comfortably and smells great.

I normally use Dove Men Clean Comfort but decided to give this new product a try. It feels good and works, but I dont care for the smell. It smells sweet like cotton candy, which is a little bizarre for a mens product. Thankfully the smell is not too strong.

I thought Amazon had sent me the wrong item in my subscribe & save this time. Checked the most recent reviews here and realized that Dove has changed the formula. After trying the new one out a few times, I have to agree with the other reviewers that the new scent is much too strong. I can’t stand to smell this scent all day. Will have to take a trip to a local store to find a new deodorant, as this one is no longer usable for me after buying it for over 5 years.
