Was discharged from hospital after heart surgery and the only way for me to sleep at night was in an upright recliner. I couldn’t sleep flat on my back because of sleep apnea. First few days were rough because my tailbone kept flaring up in pain waking me up. Ordered this pillow and after some trial positioning finally found the sweet spot. First night I had this supporting me I slept through most of night. Zero tailbone pain flare up. I was so grateful to be finally able to sleep and recover from surgery without dealing w tailbone Paine from sitting. A good thing too because I’m supposed to be in this position for two months. Highly recommended!

After failing to find a donut anywhere (looking at you, Walmart, Meijer and Walgreens), we looked here. Ordered the donut, had it show up a couple hours later. There is a much happier person living in this house.

This is wonderful for use on my exercise bike. I was having a hard time wanting to use the bike because the seat is hard and uncomfortable, but not anymore! It stays in place, too!

I have a problem with the bottom portion of my spine. I have been looking for something to sit on that would feel comfortable and not hurt. I purchased one cushion from Amazon which had a cut out in the back. It was OK to use on a chair but I could not use it in my car because it was almost 3 thick and had no give. My Doctor said to get a donut pillow. I did a lot of research and read reviews on Amazon. I finally purchased the Ergonomic Innovations Orthopedic Donut Pillow. This is a perfect fit for me, not too hard, not too soft and easy to pick up and move from one chair to another. The removable cover was easy to unzip and the foam inside was new. The pillow comes in a hard box (not a plastic bag). I am 57 and weigh 143 pounds. At first I was unsure how to use the pillow but the customer service is excellent in responding to your questions. The best test was an 8 hour car ride. The pillow fit fine in the car and I was able to enjoy the trip. I like the pillow so much that I purchased a second one to keep in the car.

My husband is in a wheelchair and uses a scooter to get around. He was always telling me about how uncomfortable he is. Thought I would give the pillow a try and it WORKS!!

Love this pillow! Hurt my tail bone with extended sitting to the point it was difficult to walk. Started helping the first time I sat on it. Was able to use it while sleeping which has really helped the most. I highly recommend this pillow.

I need to take the pressure off, when sitting, after a difficult colon resection. I suspected that I would have a problem going back to work and sitting, and I did. This cushion really helps. Not too hard, not too soft and does help take the pressure off the internal surgical repair site. It conforms better & works better than a much harder foam cushion, with no give, that I dug out of a closet and I never liked anyway. For $50 I hope this cushion doesn’t flatten out too fast. But, it is very nice, has a depression front & back to help with pressure relief, a nonskid bottom, nice plush fabric on top side. I hesitated to spend $50 but I’m glad I did. Helps my lower back, too. No other cushion has ever seemed to help with that. Nice, well made cushion that is just what I need right now. I highly recommend Boxed & packaged well. A quality product. Received very quickly so thank-you to the seller.

Bought item to use on my recumbent exerciser bike for my butt pain. The bike has a wide seat but not padded enough. Used it a couple of times and reduced the pain better. Still will need more time to determine if it was worth the cost.
