I use a suitcase once and I had problems with the zipper I had to send it back I got a different brand

The material didnt resist the treatment a luggage gets by the airlines. The first time I used it the material scratched and got broke. The airline said is not responsible for what happened. I am stuck now with a broken luggage.

Appears to be very well made and very light weight.

Lucas has always been my favorite brand of luggage...This suitcase is extremely light weight, moves smoothly and the color / plaid pattern is beautiful......HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is a very roomy suitcase and you cant beat the weight - it weighs several pounds less than any other suitcase I found, even smaller ones.

After first trip it looked 5 years old. Black blotches all over that wont come off and get worse with each trip. Wheels dont work well on carpeted area of airport.

this luggage has broken . We purchased 2 and on one of the luggage pieces, the zipper got stuck on on th inside compartments and would not unzip and even a seamstress was not able to make it work again. This had been an easy bag to travel with. Terribly disappointed and dissatisfied!!

Im totally happy with this suitcase. Lightweight, sturdy and plenty of packing space. Easy to move around. Would have liked an extra handle for picking up on the side

I like this suitcase, but don’t count on the warranty they state. After the first use (as a carry-on), One of the zipper-pulls fell off and I did not notice until I got home. I contacted their customer service and went back-and-forth with 11 emails ( several of which they never even responded to ). All I wanted was for them to mail me a zipper-pull and they never did, Despite saying that they would.

The bag did not survive a trip that only went from San Francisco to Asheville, NC. not an international trip.
