Greater than one weekThe computer arrived with a keyboard and mouse with a missing part and neither of which work. Wrote seller twice and received no response. Logging is on is a constant problem because input into the password box is not allowed or the system is just frozen. Scanning to the HP printer is constantly problematic and requires removing and reinstalling the printer over and over. Windows automatic updates are enabled but do not happen automatically causing various problems. The screen resolution is not good, okay for graphics but very poor for text. Both the seller and Dell have failed with this sale and the functionality of the system. Just checked return date to see that I have missed it by ten days. Very disappointed.

> 3 dayThe product description included conflicting information that is inaccurate. Computer sent was not a touch screen and did not contain 32 GB of ram. It was a totally different computer than the one listed. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Greater than one weekI originally purchased A Hp 3 in 1 computer on Amazon and the quality and features did not compare to this dell. I always had a HP computer but with this one the quality wasn’t there, so I returned it and purchased this Dell. I am very satisfied with this product. It has a touchscreen 32 GB of RAM windows, 11 and 1 TB of SSD hard drive, a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard. The HP that I returned, had 32 GB of RAM windows, 10 1 TB of SSD and 1 TB of HHD it was not touchscreen. It did not have a wireless keyboard, and I did not have a wireless mouse. I know I lost 1TB of HHD but for what I’m using it for it’s enough I will recommend it

> 3 dayI bought this all in one because my children have online class and I want to give them a larger touch screen and faster response. Up to now it works very well!

> 3 dayI purchased this to replace an older Dell AIO that Microsft update killed. This is much faster with a slightly larger screen. It has a 1TB Solid State Drive instead of the small 256 or 512 SSD and a slow Hard Drive. I have only had it a few days but so far it is very nice. I was able to remove the hard drive and retrieve all the data that was on the old dead computer. I would say buy this if you are looking for a good home computer.

> 3 dayJust received my new computer...everything looks great however I couldnt use the keyboard due to the usb connector being missing. You would think that at this price there would have been quality control. Good thing I have an alternative keyboard that I was able to use.

> 3 dayIll start off by saying that im no computer expert by any means. ive had gaming computers in the past built by my husband. im fairly savvy when it comes to electronics, but im by no means an expert on specs and what not. i recently started making hand made items to sell, and i needed a new computer to keep track of inventory, expenses, etc. i have my gaming computer set up downstairs in the basement, but i needed something in my craft room so i didnt have to run up and down the stairs while trying to make stuff on my computer. this was the perfect solution. I loved that it was all in one and would sit up on my desk and i didnt have to have the tower sitting on my floor under the desk. This has way more plug in slots on it than i would have thought it would. i was able to plug in a set of better speakers, and i plugged a second monitor into this as well. I also have my cricut machine hooked up to this, and a thermal printer for printing shipping labels. I also have a large light up mouse pad and was able to plug that into it as well. Overall im really happy with my experience with this computer so far. The screen quality is good. I wish it had 4k. For the price, and in this day and age, I would think itd be 4k. But thats not a deal breaker. The images on the screen when watching videos or movies is still really crisp and clear. I like the touchscreen aspect of it, even though i dont use it all that often. im mostly sitting down using the mouse and keyboard that come with this. Overall i like the keyboard. its rather light and the buttons feel nice while clicking away. The mouse on the other hand, id rather have a mouse that had the side buttons on it. just for curiosities sake i did try out some games on this machine. and it does do surprisingly well. i played a few games of fortnite, and my daughter has played roblox on this a couple of times. and there was no issue playing these online games. im not sure that it could handle much more than games like this. but for simple games it does really well. overall im really happy with this all in one pc. it is the first pc like this ive had, but i really have few complaints about it.

> 3 dayOverall the computer is very nice for the price. Easy to setup, starts up quickly and the video camera is easy to turn on/off. The biggest downfall is the screen resolution, text took a little to get used to. If you are going to use computer for movies or high end photo editing - this is not for you. But for most applications such as web surfing, personal finance and everyday usage - it works great with very quick responses.
