I am not a high-tech person. My review of this computer is coming from someone that knows about as much about computers as your great grandma. We have an apple computer for the family but I really needed one for working from home, writing, and being able to to play you tube videos when I do my workouts. I honestly like this computer better than the apple, its easier to use and has more of the features I need. Its also less expensive. The speed is great for what I use it for and I love the touch screen. Its more lightweight so I can bring it up to our cabin to work on and stream TV shows at night. The keyboard and mouse do seem a bit cheap but I havent had any issues with them. My son does know a lot about technology and he plays online games. Im happy to say that he doesnt want to use it for games because it has an MX550 which he says is not better than the few last generation RTX cards so it cant run games very well unless theyre on super light settings. I have no clue what any of that means, but Im happy hell leave my computer alone. But he did say its a really good computer for everything else. He said the windows 11 face ID is cool and the camera that pops like a toaster. The computer was super easy to set up, even for me. It does everything I want it to do and its not frustrating, so Im really happy with it.

love the actual computer. The keyboard and mouse are another issue. Apparently they work in tandem, as there is only one dongle that connects both. Well, yes, I spilled a small amount of coffee on part of the keyboard, and it went bonkers. I have had my share of wireless keyboards, and none has ever reacted like that. Which rendered the computer useless, untill I found another wireless keyboard stashed in a closet. The next day, the mouse went ape, not only that, but until i took out the dongle for the mouse, the new keyboard would not work. Now I have a logitech keyboard and mouse, and they are doing just fine. Something this expensive should have better peripherals.

On paper, a lot of the specs you get here are pretty decent. The i7 processor, while not the desktop workhorse version is a cut above what you often see in AIO systems and is pared down reasonably well enough to keep thermals reasonable. The 32 gigs is generous, and depending on what youre doing, may offset what youre not quite getting on the CPU side. Im not entirely sure where Dell was going with the oddball MX550 GPU. The CPU already has integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, which again, depending on what youre doing, can outperform the MX550. If youre looking at gaming possibilities, youre in GeForce GTX1060 territory, give or take. The display itself is nice, but then, it should be for what this costs and the fact that the resolution is only FHD. Im not too deep into EVERYTHING MUST BE 4K thinking, but theres space between the two and Dell decided you dont need it. You get touch capability, but my guess is that the novelty will wear off quickly. Even if you wanted to use a stylus like an upright easel, I wasnt able to get a Wacom Bamboo to work with it -- and that works with darn near every touchscreen thats been made in the past five years. The pack-in keyboard and mouse are both pretty awful, even for pack-in peripherals. Unless youre going all in on aesthetics, you might as well find a nice combo like the

Overall impression: This Dell AIO should in on the desk of every college students, office worker, and businesses. Its super sleek and extremely powerful. I wont bored you to death with the specs, you can read that on your own. What I CAN tell you is that its super fast for multi-tasks. I had 30 Chrome tabs opened and experienced zero lag (weird flex, I know). Large hard drive storage can hold plenty of movies and downloads. The AIO is also a touchscreen which is very responsive for quick gestures. The beautiful 27 display has 1080p which is good. It would be much better if it was 4K resolution. I mean honestly, its Q3 2022 and at $1500 price point still no 4K? Unfortunately I would have to deduct a star.

My old all-in-one desktop worked fine, but was getting sloooower and slooower. I keep tons of files in the cloud and it was taking the computer 10 minutes to sync everything before I could really use it. Time to move on. I purchased the Dell all-in-one based upon specs and reviews. I am happy with the purchase with caveats. I got the performance I wanted. It boots up and syncs all my cloud storage in like a minute. Every application I use, including multiple browers, just sails. I am very happy with the overall performance. My issues: The screen at 27 needs to be 4K. The pixelation is just awful. Some text looks like its on a monitor from the 1990s. Also, the screen is advertised as being anti-glare. I have mirrors that dont work as well as this monitor. It is anything but anti-glare. My old all-on-one is sitting next to this one right now with zero reflections on the screen. On this one, I can see everything behind me. Its going to give me a few headaches. The keyboard and mouse, in my opinion, are awful. I switched out the dongle with my old PC and now have a several year old keyboard and mouse that are far better. Unfortunately, the person who buys my old PC used will get the new ones meant for this computer.

Received the computer yesterday, when I opened it, the screen was not wrapped in plastic and had dirty fingerprints all over. At best it was an open box, if not a return or refurbished. There were no batteries for the keyboard or mouse. I set it up and it works perfectly, so far so good. It was still a great price; I bought this exact computer directly from Dell in December 2022 and it was about $300 more. Still disappointed that its not new!

Es una de las marcas que ha usado mi padre toda la vida, es inigualable y no se comprará con ninguna otra marca de escritorio

Everything is great and i would give it a 5 star if it comes with batteries for the mouse and keyboard.

This pc is capable of so much, from gaming, to video editing, to some of the most demanding tasks. I love it and so does my wife.

The product description included conflicting information that is inaccurate. Computer sent was not a touch screen and did not contain 32 GB of ram. It was a totally different computer than the one listed. Very disappointing and frustrating.
