Experienced a a Microsoft Scam one day after delivery. Related to When I purchased the computer it was to have Security Hardware on it. Did not per the scammer. Needed to send $99.95 to get the refund from Microsoft. Hah! Not sure why this would happen immediately after delivered. I was not on new computer. So scammer did not know Do not want anything possibly associated to this experience. Very disconcerting. RATINGS NOT RELATED TO THE PRODUCT - BUT required in order to post this information.

After less then 1 week of use Computer wont boot up. We bought 2 and the other one had issues as well, spent hours on line with windows tech support basically reloading windows... did this seller provide a legit version of windows with purchase? Im 2 for 2 with issues right out the box with these laptops...

Dell wont give a service warrantee but charges a higher price because of the length time since the vendor bought this.. The vendor did not mention this. I recommend buying Dell computers directly from Dell.

For Zoom,Facebook, banking online purposes. Not for gaming. Not a touch screen.

I did not realize that there was no CD-ROM drive nor that the keyboard did not light up for easy to see keys. I dont see too well and that would have helped me out alot. And I guess I assumed that all laptops would have some sort of CD drive. Pay closer attention to things that you might take for granted.

Its fast with an ssd hard drive.

Nothing wrong w/the laptop except for the way it was advertised. I specifically ignored laptops that had Windows 10S. This one was advertised as Windows Home - which it is, but running in S mode. S mode is a real pain and getting out of S mode once its on there isnt straightforward either.

product arrive one day early as schedule which is very nice, it was schedule12/24, it arrive 1day early it is in a good condition and my husband like it very, but it was window 11, I was disappointed because not ready to switch yet and its fast enough for his everyday online surfing. Not a touch screen.

No programs installed yet, its so slow. Definitely performance issues.

After 4 months of very light use; BIOS Bot error crashed hard drive. Piece of junk It was big, heavy and lunky. Touch screen was nice. Picture was average. Waste of $$$, Only computer guy in town quoted $189 to run diagnostics and $40 for new hard drive and that is IF they could. They tried to reinstall Windows without success. This is the 3rd Dell I have had that has lasted less than 18 months. Keep looking.
