Computer is a nightmare. Have to by pass the windows program to download things that arent Microsoft/windows compatible. Never would have bought it if I knew that.

After less then 1 week of use Computer wont boot up. We bought 2 and the other one had issues as well, spent hours on line with windows tech support basically reloading windows... did this seller provide a legit version of windows with purchase? Im 2 for 2 with issues right out the box with these laptops...

Quick to startup and use. Had all the features advertised. Very reasonable price.

The laptop sent to me does not have an Ethernet port as described and shown in the images. I require a Ethernet port for my purposes so I will be returning the laptop.

I use it for my personal use. It is small and dainty. Fits well into my budget!

First thing to know is that this is a 2020 model and Dell warranties are expired. I ordered this product twice. The first time, I received an Inspiron 3510, which had a slower processor and only one ram slot. Second order, the correct model was delivered, but product details indicate this PC has BOTH a 128 GB SSD and a 500 GB HDD. It has only the 128 GB SSD. Sellers response was that this was a typo despite it being in several places on this listing (and this model PC CAN have both). They offered a $10 credit, which is laughable considering its missing an $80 part. Its being returned and Im done here. Note: the listing has since been modified to take out a few of the references to a 500 GB HDD (I believe this was done at my own request during a customer service call--seller did not seem to care) but it still appears there at least once as of 9/20/22.

Weve had Inspirons for the last 3 laptops. This one doesnt have any programs on it, and yet it seems very very slow.

product arrive one day early as schedule which is very nice, it was schedule12/24, it arrive 1day early it is in a good condition and my husband like it very, but it was window 11, I was disappointed because not ready to switch yet and its fast enough for his everyday online surfing. Not a touch screen.

When I received the laptop it powered up got it all set up and it was running fine. Today two or three weeks later it would not power up. I had a Tech look at it and he determined that the laptop was dead and useless. Unfortunately my return window has passed so Im out a little over $300 for a laptop that doesnt work
