> 3 dayLaptop is as described, no complaints there. Only issue I have is that basic Dell warranty is not one year. It is about 9 months. I guess I am luckier than the one who would buy it a month later and have only 8 months of basic warranty.

Greater than one weekSo apparently Windows 11 S Mode ONLY allows you to download from the Microsoft app store. And the way to turn this off doesnt even show up properly, so you cant turn it off the way its normally done. I had to do it in another way and thats still not working. Turning on dev mode also does not work. Piece of junk. About to return it. I purposely bought this because it was available quickly, because I needed it for work, and now Ive wasted a week, because I cant even get it to work.

07-11-2024I will not be ordering expensive equipment like this from Amazon again. Lesson learned. Long story short, I work for a very small non-profit in a rural community. We hired our first employee outside of my position and I purchased a laptop for them to use. The employee started a few weeks after I bought the laptop and started using it minimally (basically just email and internet searches). As his workload and responsibilities increased, he needed to use the laptop more. I ordered him a wireless mouse and keyboard. When we went to plug in the devices, none of the three USB ports worked. We tried various USB devices and no luck. At first I thought it was user error and tried to problem solve, eventually realizing that they just dont work. It is now about 2.5 months since I received the laptop and I called to see if I can get it fixed or replaced. Amazon connected me with the seller and they said nothing they can do because it is outside of the 30 day window. After, I spoke with Amazon and asked if they would provide a replacement and they declined, as well. So...now we have a laptop with no USB connectivity. Basically, we just have to deal with it. I am disappointed and expected better. I understand they have policies about returns, but we clearly received a defective laptop and replacing it for us was the right thing to do.

Greater than one weekI picked up this laptop for my wife and its quick to start up and operate which fixed the problem with her old laptop. No trouble getting things set up. Would recommend.
