> 24 hourI have never purchased anything other than an HP and thought this time I would try something different as my battery went out on my last HP from 2019 rather fast and I could not find a replacement battery for it. I got this and was looking forward to the Dell brand name and hoping it was good quality. Boy was I disappointed. It was slow on start up, but that wasnt even the worst. The glitches never ended, I could not access anything online, everything was glitchy, I kept getting pages that would just grind and would never show up, and I did everything restarted the computer, cleared the cache, I even took the s mode off of the windows, which you are not supposed to do. NOTHING worked. Also when I did a shut down, it wouldnt start back up, I had to manually shut it down to get it to start back up, which is not good for the computer. I ended up returning this thing, I will NEVER buy a Dell again.

> 24 hourThis laptop has more problems everyday. From windows didnt load right, open office files vanish, screen resolution keeps changing size on its own. If all of these issues happened when I first got this laptop I would have sent it back. Unfortunately the return window has closed. Now Im stuck with a 2 month old piece of crap.

> 24 hourThis is our sixth Dell computer but the first that wasnt great out of the box. We ended up taking it in to the local Geek Squad because it could not boot up. The technician told us the hard drive was no good and that it wasnt the first they have seen to have this problem. (He called it a D2 drive.) His guess was that Dell sources hard drives from multiple vendors and one of those vendors had some bad drives. Whatever. Sad that I can no longer trust Dell. Returned the unit and awaiting refund.

> 24 hourI picked up this laptop for my wife and its quick to start up and operate which fixed the problem with her old laptop. No trouble getting things set up. Would recommend.

> 24 hourSet up was pretty easy and favorites etc. came in with no issues. Screen color seems a little off from my prior HP. Only issue I have at the moment is trying to use a lap-desk with it, laptop just slides off of it due to the section of screen had hangs below the laptop when open - very annoying;
