Greater than one weekThis is the 2nd dehumidifier from this brand I have purchased. This one is the smaller version. I use this in my bedroom and the bigger one in my livingroom. I like the lights. You can choose a color or no lights at all. Nice for nightlight in bedroom. Helps with helping cool my rooms.

> 3 day---UDATE 3/2/23--- Their customer service team kindly reached out to me after they saw I didnt have the ideal experience and have offered compensation to get another one of their models. Ive updated this review to have 4 instead of 3 stars. Happy to bump it up to 5 if this new unit works better (waiting to receive it now)! Whatever your experience is with the product itself, Id say you can rely on having a great experience with this seller which in my opinion is just as valuable as the product being purchased! (Below is the initial review) ---------‐------------------------------------‐----------- The product has successfully sucked in moisture the 4 times Ive used it...but it didnt suck in nearly as much moisture/humidity in the air as I was hoping. Maybe my expectations were too high or I got a defective unit, but I used it in my small bathroom with the door closed while running a steaming shower. I get its not meant to suck up all the steam quickly like a vacuum/bathroom exhaust fan, but it took quite a while after my shower was over to collect a very small puddle of moisture from the air. I will credit the products low noise feature. Its not silent, but is a nice low level fan sound that isnt bothersome at all. I can see myself being able to fall asleep with it on. I wouldnt be surprised if it being low level noise and not being as powerful as Id hoped are connected. All in all...its low noise, it does suck up some level of humidity in the air, and the LED lights are a pretty feature (and you can turn it off if you dont want it)...but if you were hoping to have this be an alternative solution to paying a lot to install a bathroom exhaust fan/window like I was, I wouldnt recommend it.

> 3 dayWorks great just as expected. Usually last 2 or 3 days before having to empty the water tank. Great bang for your buck.

> 3 dayWorks great and is pretty quiet, only when ur in the room u can obviously hear the small fan but it’s not distractingly loud. Collects a lot of water, even after 1-2 hours of it on, I have half an inch!

Greater than one weekThis is a great little machine! I’m located in the south and this dehumidifier works extremely well to remove excess humidity in my bedroom. I empty the reservoir about once every three days. The red light indicator is helpful too. Would buy again.

> 3 dayAfter having it for some weeks I will say it has collected moisture from the air. The only problem is that I wish I would have gotten the bigger one. My room is not as big and I thought the smaller one would work better. In the mornings my walls still have a lot of moisture so the machine might need some help. The colors are so pretty and the noise is not bad at all. My advice is go bigger. :)

> 3 day*update* Amelia from customer service reached out to me and apologized for the unit not working as advertised. The company is going to send me the larger upgraded version for free. I have updated my review to four stars to reflect superior customer service. I will give the unit some time, and update my rating accordingly based on how the new unit behaves. I really appreciate good customer service like this! This little machine worked pretty great for three of the four months Ive had it. Now the fan is loose and rattling around. Its become quite loud. I cant access the fan to fix it, so the whole units going in the trash. I dont recommend buying this product.

> 3 dayGeneral Thoughts Received the unit back on July 26, of this year, so at time of writing, Ive had this for 2 months pretty much. Overall this dehumidifier gets its job done as it advertises -- I keep it in my owners suite and it has helped yank moisture out of the air from the connected bathroom. Its a cleanly designed unit that is easy to operate. Its helped deal with some of the heat and humidity in the southern US, especially since I didnt have a whole-home dehumidifier to start. Pros: - Dual-speed for quiet mode is nice. - Light can be turned off, otherwise its a nice little RGB-ish glow. - Simple buttons - Water container is large enough to not need emptying so frequently. - Auto-stop for emptying is very obvious (flashing red lights) Cons: (These are more-so nit-picks) - No persistence with settings. Every time you turn it on you have to press the other buttons to switch off the light or enter low-noise mode. - Lack of a switch (versus a one-press button) means you cant plug it into a smart home plug to turn it on/off remotely if you desire.
