Just purchased a pc from CyberpowerPC for the grandson and I am so impressed. The system FAR exceeded my expectations from what I paid for it. Highly recommend.

I bought it because i couldnt get a gpu wish they hadnt put a single ram stick had to buy one asap because most games need dual channel operation the system is neat and all cables are well managed the only thing maybe it got hit in shipping because 2 screws were a bit bent but they still work the power supply is bit loud underload but not too bad and since its a stock i5 10400f the cpu coolers is okay for now might get cooler master one because its gets hot because i live somewhere it gets up 100 plus degrees Fahrenheit

The Cyberpower manufacturing warranty is very deceptive and their customer service is really bad. The manufacturing warranty does not make it clear that you are only covered for 1 year if you do not purchase directly from Cyberpower. The warranty says the company warrants that the product (desktop) will be free of any defects in material and workmanship for three years for labor and one for parts. Again, this is not the case if you buy it from Amazon or another third party. Finally, it’s very hard to reach Cyberpower tech support. The first time is spent two hours on hold. When I finally got to somebody the guy was a bit impatient. I would not recommend a Cyberpower PC. The one I have keeps blue screening and I’m stuck with it.

Great product

This is a really good gaming pc for the price. I used it for Xbox game pass and all the games run smooth. I have not needed to contact support because I only had for month so that is great. Overall I am happy I bought this pc.

I dont know much about computers, but I needed a new computer for school and I wanted to make the switch to PC gaming as well. My friend who works IT recommended this computer to me, and for the past six months it has continuously handled everything I have thrown at it like butter. It is extremely fast, durable, and reliable. This thing will handle any game you throw at it on high graphical settings without any frame drops. On top of that, it outperforms my previous iMac for school work. Highly recommend.

the box was in bad condition and pc doesnot turn on so disappointed

Easy setup and great gaming.

Ive had this rig for about a month and it came with some issues out of the box, it came down to out of date software, I had to contact Microsoft support to be able to resolve my issue but after I solved everything I was alright. The rig preforms very well running games like Doom Eternal at smooth consistent frame rates 60+ on nightmare graphics settings, beyond the out of date software I didnt have any problems with the rig, the noise is at an acceptable level, the preformance is amazing, overall a decent rig, its a little hard to look past the out of the box issues but once you solve it its an amazing rig, 8/10. I would reccomend waiting for a price drop though, bought it in the 1000+ range and now its 949.
