> 3 dayHave had this for over a week now. Havent seen any issues with the setup; everything seems rock solid. A happy note, I received a 1660ti instead of a Super (+5% performance) for the same price.

03-11-2024This was my first gaming PC and I absolutely love it. Everyone says to build your own PC, but since Covid and the crypto craze, it seems cheaper to go with prebuilt so I went with this one. I use it for virtual reality gaming/streaming and havent had any major issues. For issues that have come up, or me just not knowing how to do things, the customer service is actually pretty great. They walked me through upgrading RAM as well as other installation stuff that I had trouble with.

> 3 dayI am getting into computer science and I needed a computer for a variety of tasks while not breaking the bank. You are required to gently remove the Styrofoam type bag from the graphics card area. You are also required to check and see if any cables are loose or disconnected before attempting to turn it on. There are unused cables zip tied to the yellow cable connected to the graphics card. These seem to be available for further upgrades to your PC in the future if you desire. No need to worry about them. It comes with extra cables and mounting frames. These are used for installing more hard drives if you wish. It also comes with a disc to activate your motherboard, however there is no place to insert a disc. But when I turned the PC on, it was working perfectly. The manufacture already activated it, but I believe they are required to send you the disc anyway. One more thing. When connecting a monitor, make sure you connect it to the graphics card and not the motherboard to ensure good performance. There should be a sticker on the PC showing the location of where to plug it.
