This is our 2nd cyberpower PC we have purchased. Our older desktop, purchased in2017,is still running and I will pass this down to my son. The new model is quiet and the LED lights are fun to play with. Set up and file transfer has been easy with Windows 11. Some operator issues but nothing that was hardware driven. The Package came early and in excellent condition. The system powered up and is running perfectly. I would recommend a cyberpower Gaming PC to friends and family that don’t have the time to build their own systems. Keep up the great work Cyberpower!

Had no issues for the first week or so. Was playing games & really liking it. Then, a few of the USB ports stopped working. I took it to the geek squad & they told me the motherboard is fried. Haven’t even owned it a month yet, & the motherboard already crapped out

I ordered this set-up for my husband and he was over the moon. The processing is quick, there is little to no sound (it is so quiet, which is perfect since it is set up in our bedroom and I usually sleep while he plays). The set is clean, the colors are vibrant (and the remote that comes with it is pretty handy), the mouse is high quality, and the keyboard is great. The keyboard came with a broken ESC button but, we contacted tech support and they replaced the keyboard with absolutely no problem. Overall, I think it was well worth the money and we both are extremely impressed.

for more fps i suggest upgrading cpu cooling

I thought maybe there was a single stick of 16gb ram but nope, just a single stick of 8gb worth of ram….

It arrived fast. Got it for my son for his birthday and within half hour it was all out of box, hooked up and working great! 10000% recommended

it is a decent pc.

Excellent PC! Zero issues and Im able to run even the most demanding games.

I love it every time is used it. Already upgrade to 32 Gb ram and it runs great :)
