First time purchasing a pre-built custom desktop. I bought this device for $1100...pricing was far better than others I looked into for the same specs. Ive had the desktop for a few weeks and everything runs smoothly/quickly and playing games at the highest settings is no problem. The build quality of the desktop was far better than I expected and shipping/packaging were great. The device was supposed to come with 8x2GB RAM, but there was only one stick of RAM when the device arrived. I contacted Customer/Technical Support and they were very responsive. Still waiting on the RAM due to backlog, but the support team have been very good about providing updates.

We love these machines. This is our second CyberPowerPC and we are very pleased with the quality of the machine.

I wrote a bad review because they wanted me to send in the PC for a 14 day repair, when I wanted a swap. I returned it to Amazon and bought a new one from another company. It turns out, this new PC also worked for a short period and the screen had no signal again. I tried a different HDMI cable and finally switched to my spare kitchen Samsung TV and it worked. For some reason, my LG TV will not work with the newer RTX 3060, but will work with my older Radeon card. I raised the review stars from 1 to 4 because I would think this would be a known issue, although I cant find anything online, but its not the support persons fault. I never used the PC being reviewed, so I cant give an honest review.

Excellent PC for the value. Functioning correctly and no initial issues are present. Highly reccommend.

PC arrived on Time, and well packaged. Setup was quick and easy. Been using the computer for some time now and nothing wrong with it

I’ve had cyber power pc before and never had an issue. Great for gaming on a budget plays all my games in ultra high settings with no issues. Definitely recommend it!

This pc is built with lower end parts sold at a premium price with poor cooling solutions and most likely a wide variation between parts used for each build.
