Computer didnt last 2 weeks and froze up. Wasnt able to reboot or factory reset just completely died and had to be sent back

I took the gamble and bought this PC. Seemed to work fine. I was very happy with it. Faster than my old system and looked great. Less than a month later the system crashed. And no matter how many diagnostic fixes I tried via windows none of them would boot the system or repair the problem. I do not recommend these systems or the company. Most of the help I was being offered was from windows which I couldn’t load.

I am not positive whether it is my internet or my pc that is the issue... but I am pretty sure it is the pc considering the amount of effort Ive put in to trying to fix an issue with my Wi-Fi when in reality its just the pc. It was pretty cheap and I love it when it works, but there are just so many issues when it comes to running this computer.

I enjoy lots of MOBAS, Online RPGs, and watching online streaming services, and this pc has been the BEST.

Just got this computer today, it was really easy to set up and so far it has been amazing, make sure to update your graphic drivers when you get it! but its pretty good so far!
