Works great and fast, a bit loud tho but I dont really mind it

We got this for my 9 year old. He was complaining about his laptop being to slow and kicking him out of the game. He is very happy with how fast it is. No more lagging. It also has a really cool lighting system., it can change colors and patterns. If you are looking for a new gaming computer I would definitely recommend this one.

Im not happy with Amazon at all. Its a Christmas present and a 1000$ pc. why would anyone think its okay to leave it on my porch in a pc box!? The package itself looked like it was thrown off the truck at every stop. The seal was broken. Lucky, i think it still works. Will update if doesnt. The build is decent, but none of the ports line up with frame, so i need to inspect board more. First impressions with shipping is unacceptable!

This was my sons only Christmas present. We immediately set it up and it shuts off when anyone walks past it. So disappointed in the product but the customer service is even worse. There are two customer service numbers I have called multiple times for the past five days and no matter what time of the day it is you get a automated message that says there are no available agents. I have also emailed tech support that also send a automated message that says there is a overwhelming demand and that the message was received and will be reviewed.

This is my 2nd gaming PC purchase from Amazon, the first was a different company, and that PC was great too.

I don’t even have this but just buy it the pc parts are so so so good for the price

2/11/2023 : I dont know how this PC can call itself a Gaming PC. With only starting you off with 8 Ram. Wish someone on here would of had a better review about this PC can not handle X plane 12 nor Microsoft Flight Simulator. You can not play this without Upgrading the Ram and Storage these clowns that own this PC is to cheap. You better off to just spend a little more on gaming computer with at last 16 GB and 1 TB. Instead you will be like me and have to go to Best Buy and fork out $300 extra for Ram and Storage just to play Xplane 12. Save yourself the headache spend $200 more. It will go further. Believe me. And also. Check out the dent on the PC when it was delivered isnt that nice. This computer probably can barely handle simple games. This computer shouldnt even be called a gaming PC. Period. Dont buy. JUNK!
