This is a great looking, quiet and powerful machine. My 11-year old has really been enjoying this for his gaming activities. In addition to being a great computer, the mouse and keyboard that come with the machine are solid. The LED lights inside the case look great, and the glass side makes for a customer gamer setup feel out of the box. He got this for Christmas and purchased a curved monitor to make for an overall great gaming experience. We have also been using the Oculus Quest with the machine, with a good deal of success. So far, so good: we would give this two thumbs up!

The one huge flaw is the CPU fan. Most people are getting this computer for the Graphics card and running games. Whe nrunning games with the stock cpu cooler I reached temps of 100c causing everything to crash. This configuration is useless and absolutely needs a better cooler.

Got it next day and it was exactly what it was supposed to be and its been awesome so far.

Had good luck on this Black Friday deal, much better than the previous experience I had with Cyberpower trying to build a custom rig directly through their website.

Parts are to expensive to build your own now. This is an OK alternative.

Got for christmas present came quickly. so far running fast and quiet

Of all the computers I researched for the same price value and the components it was GREAT deal. I purchased the Intel i7, 3050 GPU model and out of the box it was in great shape, NO DAMAGE. Box had some small dents here & there which is expected of course. The cables were managed perfectly in the case no loose cords or wires. Fired up right away, no issues. Needed a few updates as it comes with Win10 & switches to 11 which takes a little bit but nothing crazy. Gaming was fantastic, I upgraded my RAM to 16gb which made it better but can do well with 8gb. I also upgraded the CPU fan which isn’t needed but wanted to. OVERALL: Amazing PC, GREAT VALUE, & VERY cool aesthetics!!!!

Bought a PC here at a great deal. Set up was pretty straight forward. I checked the RAM before starting and it was pretty snug. The keyboard leaves much to desire, but you should be buying your own gaming keyboard anyways. The mouse is actually pretty good. The one that came with my unit had extra buttons and removable weights. Packaging was a little beat up, which made me nervous. Minus 1 star for that.

The box was slightly torn open but and there was a scratch on the side when recieved. It does not look as if the item was used but possibly the scratch came from the factory. It still had two pieces of Styrofoam and nothing was tampered with. So far it is working fine and looks great otherwise. The glass panel can be tricky to remove.
