This is my first actual PC and I am no professional, but I can work my way around one. The packaging is excessively protective which I can appreciate it. It booted well and went through the Windows 11 startup with ease.

Well I bought the PC December 3 for my girlfriend as an early Christmas present. It got here in a timely manner, everything looked to be intact and well taken care of so I was thankful. Hooked everything up and it started up without a trouble in the world. Felt pretty relieved considering the bad rap pre-built PCs get. Fast forward to today, go to power on the computer and everything turns on but the monitors stayed blank. Attempted to use another set of monitors, still no luck. Keep in mind the only thing she uses the computer for is Sims 4 and youtube, so nothing that would cause it to burn out or strain it. Decided to go look inside of the case and immediately saw what the problem was. Not sure how well the picture shows it, but the RTX 3050 is clearly off, fans arent running or anything while everything else is going as it should be. Fortunately I had a GTX 1080 from a previous build I was able to slot in just to verify it was the graphics card, and sure enough the PC is running great again. Not sure how the return/refund process works for a pre-built computer, obviously not trying to send the entire thing back when its clearly just a bad GFX card. Will reach out to them in the morning and try my luck. If all goes well and I can get refunded for the card Ill gladly change the rating.

My girlfriend bought this PC, Ive built several PCs myself and I cant figure out whats wrong with this PC. A lot of people have said they boot it right up and it automatically connects to WiFi, we have not been able to connect at all. If im correct it comes preinstalled with a pcie card so she shouldnt need a wifi adapter or anything it should just be able to search for the network and connect. Other than this the PC is absolutely fantastic, if we can get some assistance on this I will for sure swap this to a 5 star review in a heartbeat.
