When I put the ram into the slot, it constantly caused the laptop to have a blue screen or freeze, then turn itself off and on again. When I reported the problem, they opened a process for return, however. At that time, it started to have no problems. Thats why I didnt return it. However, with the arrival of win 11, it gives such frequent freezing and blue screen errors that I cannot use the laptop.
