I just got my 2 16GB DDR4 3200 Ram Chips, installed them and then botted up my computer, went into the BIOS to make some adjustments for the faster chips (they were bought to replace 2 8GB 2600 chips), well, they show the computer the description of being 3200MHZ chips, but they only run at 2133MHZ and my computer wont even fully boot up if I try to have it run them at the advertised 3200... Getting really tired of all the fraudsters out there...
