RAM was easy to install, like plug and play. My laptop supports max upto 2993 mhz but when you buy above specified limit, it automatically downclocks to the supported version. You can check on crucial site whether the RAM is fake or not. Also use CPUz to know about the RAM.

Much nedded upgrade for laptops with only 8gb ram these days. 16gb is a must and win 11 demands confirm it

These swap into my msi crosshair 15.6 laptop without issue. Computer is flying now. Video editing is not improved but every other software or game runs better from my 16 gigs.

Easy install to upgrade ram from a total of 8 Gb to 20 Gb. Recognized by laptop immediately, but speed was automatically downclocked to 2666 Mhz to match the soldered 4 Gb ram already installed. As there is no way to overclock the ram on this laptop I would recommend 2666 Mhz, but the price is almost the same. Good upgrade for the integrated Vega 3 graphics and does improve scores and gaming experience.

Crucial has been my go-to for memory for some time now. They have the right combination of price, capacity, and performance that I am looking for. I havent had any reliability issues and this is plenty of capacity for a range of computing. Will gladly order again. Recommended.
