I bought this 1 terabyte Crucial BX500 SSD module and cloned my existing OS partition from my laptops old traditional hard drive on it, plus put a 2nd OS partition for Linux.

This drive made my computer start up and run much faster. Money well spent!

Fast shipment. Good packaging. I bought the disk as a precaution to replace a 1TB mechanical disk that had a fast increasing number of bad sectors. Installing the Crucial disk in the computer was easy: standard SATA connectors. The Crucial disk is not formatted and therefore will not appear on the Windows File Explorer. It is necessary to initialize the disk first, using Windows Disk Management. Once this is done, all disk operations can be done. The free software proposed by Crucial (to be downloaded from Crucial web page) to clone the disk to be replaced, can only clone the full disk. If you want to clone only one partition, it is necessary to use a third party partitioning program. I have been using the disk for one week. No problems. I cannot say that there is a dramatic improvement in performance, but I was not expecting it.

La linea BX500 tiene la cualidad de ser un poco mas lento que su hermano mayor, la MX500, pero al seguir siendo estado solido no es muy notable salvo cuando se comparan uno directamente con otro.
