> 24 hourCheck to make sure your BIOS is up to date. Product was easy to to install after finding video walking through. My IdeaPad 110-15ISK has an onboard 4G and removable 2G. I gently released the side clamps and the 2G card popped up. After gently removing I then placed the new 16G card at the same angle the 2G card popped into after releasing the clamps. I gently pushed the new card down and it easily snapped into place. I closed up the machine and booted up. New RAM was recognized and I was all set. So far so good after a week of running apps like Photoshop, Ableton, and couple of online games my son runs.

> 24 hourIt seems odd that Crucial customer support consistently says that this RAM is not designed for iMac, yet the RAM they suggest is $100 more. I ordered RAM designed for iMac and this RAM, and they both work. I returned the Mac specific RAM because it was more expensive and why use it if this works just fine. Plus, the other RAM was an off-brand and this was under $300 for 64GB.
