I bought this 32gb kit with 2x 16gb sticks for my Lenovo Legion Y740.

chip didnt last three month

Bought this for my lenovo about 7 months back for roughly 85 bucks. Prices have gone up considerably since then. No problems so far. Great product.

My old laptop runs my game great after increasing memory from 8GB (which is supposed to be its max) to 16GB.

Great looking and easy to install.

Bought a used 2012 MacBook Pro with 4 GB RAM. Upgraded to SSD and this 16GB module RAM and the performance is better than new. Easy to install (iFixit has great guides), computer recognizes easily and reliably, and allows multitasking without hiccups. Would recommend to anyone with an older MacBook with non-soldered RAM.

I was looking to upgrade my ram from 6gb to 16gb because I not only play games on my computer but I use my computer for photo editing and computer graphics work like Maya. When looking for new ram I chose the Corsair Vengeance series ram mainly due to the fact they are optimized for the 2nd generation core i processors,I have a second generation core i7 processor so naturally this was the perfect match, like usual Amazon shipped this very fast (only 2 days) and after installing the ram I was amazed by the increase in some of the performance,I also love that they overclock without any bios tweaking to 1600mhz the extra speed really helps, my photoshop and CG work has ran alot better and I can tell the programs definitely benefit from the extra resources, also definitely helped alot of my games to run alot smoother. If your looking to step up your ram especially if you are doing any kind of video,audio,photo or CG work I highly recommend this ram especially if you have a second generation core i processor.
