Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB) 260-Pin SO-DIMM ddr4 2400 (PC4 19200) Memory (Notebook Memory)

I installed the 32GB into my 2017 iMac and now have 40GB. Its been about a week, and I have had no strange issues of any sort.

This memory is close to the best you can buy, and its a great value if you are upgrading from 4GB to 8GB. As a software developer, I have multiple memory intensive applications open, and it was a perfect upgrade to my development laptop. If you already have an SSD, then memory would be the next place Id look to squeak out a little more performance from your aging laptop. Installation was a breeze, and the new memory was recognized without any issue on my Windows 7 machine.

Had a set of Crucial 16GB sticks in my Mac Mini 2.3GHz i7 that caused crashes and restarts frequently. Took it out and sent it back to Amazon. Picked up this set of Corsair Vengeance and I couldnt be happier. The price was great and the Mac runs like a dream. This RAM matched with my DIY fusion drive (840 Samsung 250GB SSD + stock 1TB HHD) makes for one powerful mini machine.

I have used Corsair memory for well over 10 years on units that I have built for my kids and my own use. These are being replaced only because I wanted a greater amount of memory in my laptop. So far it has increased its speed and I had no problems with changing over.

Great memory. Second set I purchased. First set was about $10 cheaper over a year ago. Everything is going up in price. Installed this memory in an HP notebook computer and multitasking becomes second in nature. No memory shortfalls at all. Things happen much quicker. The two notebook computers with 16Gb also had 512 SSDs. Push the button, and in 20 seconds everything is loaded. Things happen much faster with everything in memory. No memory failures on the year old memory ... exact same brand, size, etc.
