    Bought this to pair with a new i5-12600K CPU and MSI Z690 Force Mobo. Cant hear it at all and it looks super clean. Cables are well made but are SUPER stiff, the 8pin cables are the pigtailed ones. If you want a cleaner build I would recommend buying extensions. Overall its a great PSU.

    went downhill after a few months. pc started giving me Kernel Power 41 Errors after a few months using it and I thought it was just a driver issue or other hardware issues. I did try to fix everything correctly and thoroughly. spent amounts of time trying to get rid of this error but no luck. pc turns off randomly and eventually it just stops powering on. i spent extra money on another PSU from NewEgg which is a MSI PSU just to test it out. turns out the culprit was this Corsair RMx. sorry to say but im never buying a PSU from amazon again because at the end of the day. this just seems like a rip off.

    Well built and comes with plenty of cables for all sorts of configurations. Only mild annoyance is that it doesnt include a bag to store the spare cables and screws, which a lot of PSUs at that price point does. The fan does not even run when the total system load is under ~300 watts which is nice and helps keep the computer quiet. A great buy!

    installed on my $2000 gaming pc and as soon as i powered it up i heard a popping noise and smelled that burnt electronics smell. it also fried my 4tb hard drive, fried almost every single rgb light in all 7 of my fans, and now my 2070 super founders edition graphics card doesnt work properly! this is a corsair power supply! it should be one of the most trusted names in pc gaming! never again will i purchase ANY corsair products, no matter how non-mission critical a part it is!
