> 3 dayWould have give them 5 stars on all, but please dont do my mistake! THEY dont use same pinnout as other for their SATA cable. If you are replacing a non corsair PS, remove and throw away all old sata cables and use the one in the box, or say goodby to all the sata drive plug at the other end. Cost me 3!

> 3 dayI have purchased 3 of these and most recent one a month ago. I have never had problems with Corsair or their power supply units and this RM750X model in particular. I suggest you return it and get another one if you got unlucky with a lemon. I have not had it happen to me, my friends, or relatives that have purchased power supplies from Corsair. Remember there are always failures no matter what you try to purchase out there. This is one of Corsairs better items because I have not had the ability to see one fail. I have however seen a few RAM packages fail and then I would return them and the next set would be fine, but RAM is a more finicky product in my opinion, but power supplies I have never seen it from Corsair yet.

> 3 dayIve used Corsair power supplies in the past and have recommended them to friends because I love them. This 80+ gold model increases the power efficiency over the other Corsair it is replacing as well as giving just a little extra power headroom which will be needed after adding another PCIe card.

29-10-2024Works well, there is a hum to it, but other than getting hot without proper case cooling, you shouldnt have any issue.

> 3 dayThe SATA power cables that came with this are useless if you need to install the SATA SSD on a flat surface. I wanted to install two extra SSD drives in my Lian Li 011 Dynamic case. There is a support bar across the right side of the case designed for extra drives. The drives are mounted flat to the piece. The same is true for the two slots in the front bottom of the case.

> 3 dayRuns my i9 9900k (which needs 2 8-pin cpu connections) and a RTX 2080 with plenty of power to spare. I never hear the fan run.
