This thing is awesome! If you are a novice PC builder I would reccomend getting a semi-modular because some of the wires are universal and you dont really need the modular capabilities unless youre getting creative.

I use this PSU with a 3930k and a GTX 970, so far it works great, the fan is pretty quiet, recommend 100%

I bought other one (different company) befor Corsair , it just didn t turn on my pc at all. Had to send it back and buy Corsair , it came on right away after wiring evrething to the rest of my pc. Good for gaming , lower then 850 will just turn off the pc after running the games for first 15 sec (my case).

Great PSU. Full modularity is great, run only the cables you need. Plenty of power even for higher end systems.

Its a Corsair PSU, nuff said. It powers my i5 8600k, water cooled & slightly overclocked with a GTX1070Ti overclocked. I have not had the fans turn itself on during operation... either that, or its too quiet for me to even realize it is on.

Fan never turned on and if it did I never heard it cause it was so quiet, cables are decently long

Could be a tad cheaper, other than that its great in terms of noise and ease of installation

no issues. just wish it was cheaper.

So far, this has been a great power supply. I have had zero issue. Also, the packaging is very nice. An unexpected thing in todays world of making things cheaper. I recommend this if you need a new power supply.
