Greater than one weekNot pleased with the particular product I received. The seller is a mess. I bought this product and it worked great..... for 3 weeks. I woke up one morning to my PC not booting and freaking out at what could be wrong. I thought to myself theres no way it could be the psu, I had just bought it 3 weeks ago. However it was the first thing I checked. I took out the psu and hooked it up to my roommates (working) PC and it wouldnt turn on with my psu. Im very disappointed in the psu I received and ontop of that it will take A MONTH for me to get a replacement from the sell. So now I dont have a PC. I know its dumb to be this upset about a faulty psu but during quarantine my PC is all I really have to entertain me. Just over all disappointed and would not recomed you buy from this seller.

Greater than one weekThis PSU was on sale when I ordered it. I had to contact Amazon support no less than 4 TIMES because it did not ship out to me on time and the shipping date kept slipping. It took 27 days from ordering to having it in my hands, imagine if I needed it in a hurry? The off shore support were mostly polite but completely ineffectual because they are not empowered to actually help. All they seem able to do is provide comfort that it willl ship soon, increase shipping speed (no help when it hasnt shipped), and continually suggest that I cancel my order to relieve their burden. They do not seem to have any way to interface with the warehouses that actually handle orders. It was niceto get a small credit for my trouble that can only be used for items sold and shipped by Amazon (Im not sure how to claim it), but this was an incredibly poor experience buying from Amazon.
