> 24 hourI have used these shims several places around the house. From a upright dressers that would shake when you walk by, but dont now, to one of th toilets that had a slight rock in it. They are very easy to use and you get a nice volume of the in the pack. Ive had them in place for a bit now and the pieces havent shifted or settled into a new shape. I did have one issue with the breakaway where it didnt break in one spot as it there was extra material there however a utility knife did the job. But this was one situation out of a dozen which did breakaway the excess on the first try. This is perfect for older houses where the floors arent as perfectly flat as they used to be!

> 24 hourThese composite shims are some of the handiest things for remodeling that Ive come across. Were always working on something around this old house, and it seems like nothing is ever level. So, shims are pretty much a necessity. These are great and they hold so much more weight than the softer wooden shims. These are scored so they can easily be cut to size, and I dont worry about them degrading due to weather. As far as Im concerned, these are the only shims well be using from now on. The price is reasonable and the quality is good, making these a good value for the money.

> 24 hour40 Pack 8x1.5 Composite Shims. Tapers from 5/16 to 1/16; put two together for bigger gaps. Snaps clean and easily once you have it securely in place. Eco-friendly: made from 100% recycled plastic material. I use them to level base cabinets; can be used anywhere you need a shim. Supports an amazing amount of weight before deforming. Better than wood shims (plus they dont have to be sawed off).

> 24 hourIt was easy to adjust the amount of shims to break the partial shims, which I was needing to stabilize the posts on the deck. This product did exactly what I wanted. I like the fact that they go from thin to thick, so you can cut it to the length and height level you want.

> 24 hourAlways looking for shims and I usually use wood, I thought I’d like some variety in my shop and I do. I like these for the most part, but I’ll mark them down a point because they’re not actually easy to snap, as advertised. I had to bend them 10-15 times until I could finally break it, but at least it broke cleanly, so I don’t have a significant regret. Good and easy to use in all other senses!

> 24 hourA good deal on a large quantity of shims. Fairly thin for fine adjustment. You can stack if needed. Easy to cut but dont compress.

> 24 hourSmooth on one side ridges on the other. It’s somewhat flexible, more on the thin end. Should work great on a exterior door installation. Shims are handy for many uses including leveling things.

> 24 hourThese composite shims are of good quality. I like these much better than the wood shims they dont split and are waterproof. Just finished using several them to level a large concrete bird bath.
