Chosen (Gem Creek Bears Book 1)

I loved this book. From the moment that I started reading it, I was hooked and could not put it down until I finished the very last page. It moves along at a great pace making this an easy read. The characters are amazing and seem so real that you feel as though you are there with them, experiencing what they are. The story will grab you and not let you go until the very last page is read. This is a must read no doubt about it.

I read this in 2 days! Just couldn’t put it down. The suspense! Going to get the 2nd book now!!

Great read and fast paced. I could not put it down and even though I was sleepy, I had to finish it. The words flow seamlessly and the characters are fun to get to know. Im ready to start book 2.

This book had a lot of potential. The synopsis of the story was actually better than the book. The story just wasn’t fleshed out, the characters weren’t fleshed out. Then had the nerve to end on a cliffhanger. Definitely not reading the next book. If I could rate it less than one I would.

Amazing! Though I HAD hoped for a bird shifter series of some sort like she did in the Willow Harbor series (a raven and an owl-was REALLY pulling for an owl shifter series :)) at least we got a new type of animal other than wolf...though I fear bear is the next wolf since another fave author Nikki Jefford included a bear shifter in her latest book of wolf shifters series...but it was awesome....LOVED the trailer park with gemstone names since it is named Gem Creek park because of a mine nearby....so that was a cute detail...but I am anxious to see where it goes...we BARELY got started before it ended (for now...)

This series is great,I love that Jennifer Snyder can write about all different kinds of things including different kinds of shifters. I like the bears so far lol. Its a great read and I always recommend Jennifer Snyders books for a break away from your day. This book can suck you in and the next thing you know its hours later and book is finished. Great job Jennifer!

This is a really good book. I have not read the rest of the series yet. I have to say I really love the characters. They were well rounded and I was able to connect with them well. My only critic is I felt the book ended to soon. I felt that ifnthis was were the author wished to end this book then there could have been more build up and character interactions especially with Liam and his brothers. Either way though it really was a good read and I will be reading the rest of the series.

Great start to a new series. I have read other books and series from this author such as Mirror Lake Wolves and this book does not disappoint!

I love this series and cant wait for the final book comes out. I love the characters and all the twist and turns. I would recommend this author and all her books. But I am going to be so sad when the last and final book is out.

Chosen by Jennifer Snyder a five-star read you should choose to read. This is the first novel in the Gem Creek Bears series and what a start, I am so excited for the rest of this series. Tris Abbott is a lovely character, and she goes through so much in the first few chapters that you would understand if she hid under a duvet and never got out again, but she doesn’t and she goes exploring instead, that just shows you what a great character she is. When the supernatural world lands in her lap, again she could do a duvet dive, but she doesn’t and that is why this is such a compelling and interesting story. The Gem Creek Bears series shows great promise and just like the rest of her writing shows us what a talented writer she is.
