A friend asked us to order this specific product and he was very pleased to get it.

i actually dont have a problem with the item purchased, i have a problem with the fact that Amazon put such an expensive item in a soft envelope package rather than a corrugated card board box, as it should have been. As a result the manufacturers packaging was destroyed. Shame on Amazon. Also a shame that this is the only way i seem to be able to complain about it. Sorry Canon.

I ordered this 8 pack of ink so I would have it in advance when running low on ink. I went to use the Photo Cyan cartridge and saw that it was leaking all over inside the package. Your policy says I cant return this item. I just opened the box but next time I order any ink I will carefully inspect the item. All I needed was the CLI-42 Photo Cyan. Not satisfied.
