> 3 dayI use this belt primarily for running. When Im not pregnant I run ultra distances and wanted to at least keep up some running during pregnancy. I wear the band over the bottom layer of clothing (a tank top all summer) so I can adjust it more easily (especially after frequent pit stops). It did not get overly hot during the summer and did not chafe and is easy to put on and take off. It helps decrease round ligament pain (I dont think anything would completely eradicate it) and pubic symphysis strain and takes some of the load off the bladder plus I dont feel like the babys getting jounced around as much. Im short (53) and built like a runner and did not find this too wide at all. I got the medium and have plenty of room for expansion (currently 29 weeks 4 days). I havent had any back pain while running which may also be due to wearing the belt.

> 3 dayMore comfortable and easier to put on that other belly bands I inherited from friends. I can comfortable wear it both on my skin or over a tshirt. Hasnt been noticeable under my clothes and very happy that its black. Quite pleased and glad I invested in the right belly band for me.

> 3 dayThis product has saved my pregnancy. I had been running about 8 miles a day/5 days a week since becoming pregnant, and at 20 weeks was sidelined with sciatic type pain and pelvic pain and could barely walk and standing throughout the day was becoming completely miserable. A friend and fellow runner recommended this belly band for me, and it made a world of difference. I dont have a huge belly even at 30 weeks, but it still is giving me such great support and making my day to day so much better. I love the material, its soft, its comfortable not only to wear around, but to exercise in. Its made well, and I look forward to using this band in my next pregnancy as well!

> 3 dayI’m 19 weeks pregnant today. I’m an avid runner, and when I reached about 16-17 weeks I began having pain associated with pelvic pressure and the constant urge to pee while running. Happy to say that during my first run with the belly band this morning, I was able to run with almost zero pain and a reduced urge to go mid-run.

Greater than one weekI ordered this band after being diagnosed with SPD during my 3rd trimester. The relief it brought was immediate and effective. I even wore it at night when it was really bad. It did not make me sweaty or anything. There is also a lot of videos that show how to wear it best. Im so glad I got it.

> 3 dayDidn’t really do much for me. Purchased a large. It did help with back fatigue but was annoying across the bottom. It’s a good quality. Just not for me.

> 3 dayAt the beginning, I thought it was a little pricey. But I would like to get one with good quality and can also be used after the delievery. And I am so glad I bought this one. I have been suffering the walking pain from my bone and ligament down from my private part since I was 20 weeks pregnant. After I started to wore the band, I could walk normally without feeling any pain. I always wear the band for my hot yoga practice . so far it has been great. I cant believe I waited this long to get the band. I didnt wear the band directly to my skin, so I dont feel the sweat or itchiness issue. For all the pregnant mommy, this is a must have item if you are suffering the lower back pain or pelvic pain. It is a life saver.

> 3 dayThe item was great the first two wears then it became very lose. I don’t recommend using it while running or during exercise because it moves out of place, making it uncomfortable. I have resorted to only using it while I work, since I’m on my feet most of the day. I’m still I. Search of a good support belt while I exercise and run :(
