> 3 dayThis band got me through my last few months of pregnancy. It’s very soft and good quality neoprene material that doesn’t pill of get fuzzy with the Velcro. So it’s definitely worth the price. I started using it mainly at work, the gym, and when I went for walks. Eventually I wore it almost all the time because of the great support.

Greater than one weekI really struggled during my 1st pregnancy to find a belly band that fit me. I started this pregnancy 30 lbs heavier (never lost the baby weight fully), and this belt is awesome. Its actually a bit longer than it absolutely needs to be, and its also soft and pretty comfortable to boot.

> 3 dayNot only did I notice instant relief when I put on my belly band, but Ive been using it for about two weeks now on my jogs (every other day), and I can finally feel the bigger difference in my symphysis pubis bone and ligaments. Where I once had pain with almost each impact - just speed walking - I now feel only slight pressure while running at my fullest. Not only that, but I think that it helps my posture while running as well. Im 59, 189lbs, 1st Trimester (24w), and this works great while working out or doing gardening/heavy cleaning. First pregnancy I was just as active (if not more), and had terrible ligament pain. This pregnancy, Im so relieved to have something that takes away that pain. I dont recommend using this belt as the only form of pain relief or therapy. A chiropractor or other physician who understands the changes in female anatomy during pregnancy will be able assess you and give suggestions/input. For my own body and activity level, though, this belt is just about perfect - It doesnt feel too hot (which is nice when youre running in the summer heat outside lol) It stretches nicely. It is easily adjustable. The Velcro attachment is not flimsy. It folds up nice and easy for taking on the go. It doesnt stink after a workout :-) Hope my review can help someone!!!!

> 3 dayI bought this hoping for some lower back relief during pregnant and I’m so glad I did! The first time I put it on it was almost instant lower back pain relief!!! I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant and my back just started killing me one day and I found out it’s a common pregnancy related symptom. I would recommend for all pregnant women suffering from lower back pain. My only complaint is it’s a little hard to sit in an office chair or bend over due to it being so tight and low in the front.

> 3 daySupports well, but seems like ill need the crotch straps eventually because the band causes pelvic floor pressure. Unfortunately the groin straps are not sold separately on Amazon. Otherwise I am happy. Good for back support on a long day.

> 3 dayThis belly band is really thick and supportive. I bought this when I was around 18 weeks to help with round ligament pain. I havent used it much since baby was still sitting low in my abdomen and I felt like I was squeezing him in there. As he moves up and gets bigger, I think this product will really help hold my stomach up and hopefully prevent discomfort and stretching. I think this product can be used post-pregnancy or for men as well. It seems like it can offer excellent back support for those in need of extra assistance.

> 3 dayMore comfortable and easier to put on that other belly bands I inherited from friends. I can comfortable wear it both on my skin or over a tshirt. Hasnt been noticeable under my clothes and very happy that its black. Quite pleased and glad I invested in the right belly band for me.
