Burt’s Bees Baby Shampoo & Wash, Calming, 21 Ounces (Pack of 3)

This product is not real. The bottle looks fake & the soap does not lather.

The levels werent the same in all bottles so made me concerned that this may not be the actual soap.

The product is good is quality and fragrance is great.

Love the product, but the bottles came and were each missing several ounces of liquid, which appears to have come out of them. They were covered in dried and sticky soap.

I’ve been using this for both my kids since they were born. It smells lovely and is gentle on skin. Packaging was terrible. It came in a box that was far too big for it so the bottles rolled around. The pump tops were broken off all the bottles. Some solution had spilled out and when fixing the pump tops back on, more solution was wasted. Previously, when purchased, seller would pack it well and tightly cling wrap the bottle pumps but someone got lazy this time round. The wash itself is excellent, seller packaging not at all.

When my twins were born, the shampoo I used gave them dandruff on their head, I started using this shampoo, I loved it because it did not come out dandruff and the hair gets very straight and gives volume to the hair.

We love it so why 3 stars? We love this soap but the past two times we ordered it it has arrived with a broken nozzle. This past time they shipped it in a plastic bag. I would advise different packaging for a fragile nozzle.

It smells so bad, worst part is, you cant return, it doesnt say that u cant return it. So now Im stuck with 3 bottles.

Although this is a great price the consistency of this shampoo is way more watery than the one sold in stores. The one from the store is thick like actual shampoo. The fragrance is still there so i guess ill keep it but it sure seems watered down for sure.
