Love this product ... but it arrived in a wet, soggy box as one of the bottles opened up while sealed. Now I have the hassle of having to send it back and get a new set.

The packaging was RIDICULOUS n cost me alot of money however the product is wonderful

so frustrating to shop spamazon anymore and sort out whats wanted. I cant stand scent and now Im stuck with 3 bottles cant use. The smell is just too strong for regular, daily contact with skin or hair.

Love the product, but the bottles came and were each missing several ounces of liquid, which appears to have come out of them. They were covered in dried and sticky soap.

Product was watered now and there was no seal. It is clear it was intentionally watered down. Total scammers.

The product was watered down and we had to return it. It also didnt have safety seal.
