> 3 dayThis was an upgrade from an older Bose. I wish it was worth the price. Noise canceling is meh as well as sound quality. Don’t waste your money… def recommend looking else where.

> 3 dayI went to Bose from the Sony 1000xm series. I liked the Sony headphones but I did like the sound profile with its muddy low end. So I thought I would give Bose a try. Bose does not support HiRes audio which is a disappointment. For this price, I would expect aptX at a minimum. The sound profile is better for me but the volume is low. My main use case is noise canceling on airplanes and I need to turn the Bose up to maximum and even then its not great. My Sonys had better volume. One weird thing with Bose, when you plug in the cable, the volume drops down and you have to manually turn it up. I havent had to do that with other headphones. Noise-canceling is good but I find that voices come through more than they should and its distracting. I am underwhelmed. If Sony had a clearer sound profile, I would probably go back to them for the HiRes audio and louder volume.

Greater than one weekOpened Christmas morning. Would not turn on and would not take a charge at all. Total failure. Returned. Received a new order….the item in the box was the wrong item. Still waiting to actually try out a set.

> 3 dayThese headphones are excellent for combating overwhelm. Great at minimizing obnoxious or repetitive sounds. There are some loud sounds I do still hear but only when I’m not playing music. Sound quality is great. Ear pieces sit around my ears rather than on top of them and the material is very soft so it does not bug me when I wear them for long periods of time. Absolutely would recommend.

Greater than one weekThey were too big for my head, they kept falling down. So that was a bummer. I have a small head but nothing extreme, Urban Ears and other head phones have fit me very good. So if you have a small head I would not recommend this product.

Greater than one weekThe sound keeps cutting in and out, on multiple devices, even after doing a reset of the headphones. Its clearly not a bluetooth issue, as the sound gets really quiet but the connection isnt interrupting fully. It seems clearly a microphone hardware issue.
