Bose QuietComfort 45 Bluetooth Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones, Midnight Blue - Limited Edition

My granddaughter picked this out for one of her Christmas presents. According her the ratings would be five star’s on everything. She is 22 years old. As she said (it’s a Bose Nana!).

I have tinnitus and have missed headphones. With the lower quality ones, you have to turn up too loud to get a better sensation and hear a rich detailed sound.

Ive gone through many headphones over the last few years. Ive been using the Jabra Elite 85h for multiple years and always loved how they sounded, but after long listening sessions my ears would be sore and fatigued. I have what most would consider a large, wide head and very thick hair, so I constantly struggle to find headphones that are comfortable.

These DO hurt your head after wearing them for a few hours. I wear them 8 hours for my job. And the top of my head still hurts. They are comfy around the ears though. The sound quality is good however, THEY DO NOT WORK IN TEAMS OR ZOOM unless you plug them in, which defeats the purpose of having them wireless. Even then the sound was spotty. They noise cancelling works well. But I wish they worked on video calls.

Im tweaking my virtual surround sound software (Boom3D). Its starting to sound perfect! When I cut on the noise cancelation, I hear a very slight noise that sounds like a faint raining sound, but that noise disappears when I listen to anything. I asked my niece if she could hear the same thing with the Bose 35, and she said its normal. Once I found that out, my mind went to ease.

WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WANT A REFUND! AMAZON TELLS US AFTER 30 DAYS WE HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT? WE WILL NEVER BUY A BOZE PRODUCT EVER AGAIN!

Stepped up to these after losing my QC25. Honestly, its a different world. Tried Sennseiher, which sounded amazing but not as comfortable (too tight on my head). These are perfect.
