The sound lags when watching TV on a home theater system. Bose support told me this was normal and could not be fixed. I had to return them. To be fair, the headphones sounded great and the noise cancellation was very good but the lag time was unbearable. The actors lips were completely out of sync with the audio because of the bluetooth lag time.

Absolutely love these headphones......all the pluses being wireless, cancels out the noise, sound quality superb!

I no longer have to listen at high volume to drown out peoples conversations. I even took them on a flight and was able to sleep during the flight with quiet music. The band is sturdy, it folds neatly into the case, and has padding where it rests on my head. Can wear this comfortably for hours and it doesnt hurt. The range is decent. Unlike other headsets, this one doesnt ping you every time the battery level changes. You are notified of percent available when turned on and only when power is nearly drained. Pairing was easy and painless. Very happy!!

The noise cancelation works very well on these headphones and the sound quality is fine enough for me. The 1 star review is for all other aspects of these extremely cheaply made headphones. The construction is extremely flimsy plastic that feel on par with a bargain bin pair, and the cheap plether insulating cups blew out on me in less than 2 years of moderate use, and the adjustable band essentially does not lock into place due to the cheap design so it slides all over the place if using these headphones while in motion. Bluetooth range is approximately 6 feet in open air. That isnt an exaggeration, and it makes me wonder if I received a defective product. Sometimes the Bluetooth fails if I simply put my phone in my pocket. The included charging cable is comically short to the point of being near useless. I would have been happy with these headphones had I paid $50 or less for them. Maybe Im out of touch with what $350 (purchased in 2019) should get you in the world of headphones? This is a very cheaply designed product and one of my most regretted purchases Ive ever made.

These are unquestionably the best headphones in every single category Ive ever owned. I use them for remote conference calls while Im working; I use them to plug in to an amp while I play the guitar; I use them while I read; I use them when I need a mental vacation; and I use them when I clean the house; And when I come up with additional uses Ill use them for that too.
