Bose QuietComfort 35 II Wireless Bluetooth Headphones, Noise-Cancelling, with Alexa Voice Control - Black

I just returned this product. I bought the headphone for one purpose, to connect to my Bose Smart Soundbar 300. I was told by Bose that indeed, the QuietComfort 35 II connected to the smart soundbar 300. I spent the better part of a week trying to make it do just that. I was told to use the Bose connect app. All that did was connect it to my iPad. Worked wonderfully with my iPad. The soundbar would not recognize it. I tried the Bose music app. It would not recognize it. I went to YouTube. It did not have a video on the this particular headphone. I did several google searches for connecting the headphone to the soundbar. No luck. Finally I called Amazon. I didnt know they had tech support personnel for products such as soundbars and headphones. The guy really worked with me trying to find a solution. The solutions turned out to be that Bose was wrong. This particular headphone does not connect to a Bose Smart Soundbar 300. I tried calling Bose for 3 straight days. I was put on hold all 3 times. I stayed on the line the first time for over 45 minutes. Then the line went dead. I waited another 10 minutes and got a dial tone. The second time I got an actual person after a half hour of hold time. She said she needed to transfer to the call. I waited another 15 minutes, got 3 clicks and again was hung up on. The third time I got a human being after 40 minutes. I timed it. I described my problem, was put on hold, and was hung up on shortly after. That is when I called Amazon. I can not say enough good things about the support from Amazon. I can not say enough bad things about the support I received from Bose.

Cant adjust the sound quality to your own preferances. Everythig else is excelent.

Ive had these for about a week and love them. Very comfy and although at first I thought the noise cancellation could be better, after about a week I changed my mind. Really great in noisy ares like a busy street in a city.

I purchased these headphones having heard nothing but good in the past. I bought these in the hopes they would work well. I connected them to my samsung galaxy x. The sound is good, the noise cancellation is good and the volume control are good, but my major problem with these are every 2 minutes, the voice comes on like it disconnected from my phone and I have to restart the song that its playing, physically on my phone, then itll go for another few minutes and do the same thing. What a pain. I did research and thought these were the best, I was wrong when you have to reconnect it every few minutes. I dont know where the glitch is but its a big one.

Best wireless headphones! Completely suppresses back ground noise. Per for my elderly father who is hard of hearing.
