I always used to feel nauseous in the morning after brushing my teeth. boka is much less strong of a taste and sensation than usual mint, which has helped me not have sensory issues. i use it alongside a flourite toothpaste for more cleanliness, but boka is my favorite. i dont think i would have been able to keep up with my teeth health as well during a rough past year without it. i frequently recommend it to my friends with adhd and/or autism that struggle with keeping up a brushing routine. basically: i love it. highly recommend, esp for neurodivergent adults/kids.

I love how gentle the toothpaste is on my sensitive teeth and its subtle minty taste it leaves when you spit out the excess paste. I like to brush twice, once with a water rinse and the second time without a water rinse and just spitting out the excess paste. Feels a lot cleaner by doing it that way. Would definitely recommend!

Super weird having such a sweet flavor of toothpaste, but Im a fan of Bokas result. Definitely noticed the reduced sensitivity, teeth feel pretty clean, and my dentist appointments have gone well since I started using it! The orange takes some getting used to if youve only ever used mint flavors, but its not a gross taste, no weird after taste either. Just different! :)

This is my first time trying a nano-HA toothpaste. I read about it and then my son said he used one. I have nothing against fluoride and have used a fluoride toothpaste for I suppose 63 years now. But, if there is something potentially more effective and even safer, I think its worth a try. This is fine to use although I cant comment on its effectiveness. I do think it whitens a bit better than the gentle whitening fluoride toothpastes Ive been using. I have bern using a toothpaste for sensitivity-so far I havent noticed increased sensitivity with this toothpaste.

For about a year, Boka Ela Mint was always out of stock when it was time to re-up on toothpaste. I ended up getting the ginger flavor, even though I was so-so on it without a basis for comparison. Finally got the Ela Mint, and it is fine, but a little strong. I prefer the Ginger and will order that flavor again when this runs out. I was slightly worried about the erythritol, but that recent study has a shifty methodology. People with those health conditions had elevated levels, but the body produces it and there is no indication that participants consumed it from other sources. I still try to minimize swallowing—it is toothpaste, after all. Edit: The Ela Mint flavor does not contain erythritol. Ginger does, but I stand by my preference.

I have this on subscription. I love it so much. I love the nano- hydroxyapatite for remineralization of my teeth. It has a refreshing taste. I leave it on my teeth without rinsing for maximum results. A tube lasts me about 2 moths brushing 2 mins each twice a day. Since stopping fluoride, my teeth as still just a white and healthy.
