Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Corded Handheld Vacuum, 47R51

Ok for stairs as it’s lightweight and the adapter gives you the option to do both the stair and the riser without having to flip the device making it easier on your wrists. However there is a MAJOR design flaw with the exhaust system. If you try to use it for anything like a dust mess from drilling holes to hang something, the exhaust blows the dust around before it can pick up the mess. It made a simple cleanup a much bigger mess.

This is absolutely worth every single penny. We clean our carpet/stairs pretty regularly, but clearly by the picture a lot was being left behind. I’m both appalled and amazed by the amount of cat hair and general debris this thing picks up. Buy it! You won’t be disappointed.

I have a small apartment with a cat. This is great for getting litter out of crevices and getting the couch. Its kind of paint to try to vacuum my little rugs, I still have to use the floor vacuum, but otherwise, the suction is great and basically sucks up anything in front of it.

This little vacuum worked better than any handheld vacuum Ive ever had. It has great suction and does a superior job of getting the dog hair out of stair edges. There is easy cleanup on the canister and filter.

I am a review reader and was concerned about a few conflicting reviews on suction, also the outflow air blowing everything away before you could vacuum it up. I am not really having the same issues. I am using this in a fifth wheel to keep things from going south between trips home. I love it for this use. Our floors are half wood, half carpet and this does the job. The suction is very very strong. The attachments do all of the basics quite well. The only place it cannot reach is to the back of the rear couch, because nothing can really reach behind it. The cord is plenty long but I have outlets all over, so. But I don’t need to switch outlets except to change rooms. The outflow air is definitely strong like the suction. And sure, they could have changed the design with slanted louvres, or something to that effect. But being a bit mindful of which way I hold it seems to do the trick, and I haven’t had much problem with it, if any. The molded attachments seem sturdy, although the nose cup clips on with not too much of a “clip” which makes me think that too many ons and offs when emptying the debris cup will eventually wear away the “clip”. But not something I know yet so I’m just enjoying it. The vacuum so far is pretty much exactly what I wanted it to be.

This is a very good vacume . Just what I wanted. My only complaint with it. Is the way it was sent . There was no mailing box with a shipping lable and no way to return it due to a lack of address information or return shipping . So if I had to return it, I wouldnt know where to send it and I would have to pay the postage and a box to return it in. That was a little disappointing to me. The box wasnt even taped shut ! I got this little vacuum for my laundry room. I have 3 dogs and that means I get lots of hair along with lint in my dryer filter. When I wash the boys kennel bedding the fur level is at its peak. But everyday washing still generates a lot of lint and some fur. I used to drag my large upright vacuum into the laundry room put the hose and extension on and then have to walk and work around it just so I could vacuum the fuzz from my lint filter and off the floor and that nice little spot between the filter and the door that just likes to catch every piece of fuzz and fur and who knows what imaginable. My laundry room is in one of my bathrooms and if I didnt get the laundry all done that day, the vacuum would stay in there and really be in the way. So began my hunt for a little dust busting vacuum. This little sucker has a hose attachment with just the right tip so I can get into the lint filter cubby and all the other little spots lint builds up in. It does get full quick because now I just suck the entire lint filter clean with it. But it has some serious suction and picks everything up. Its nothing like the dust busters I remember from my childhood that my mother would fight with because it was worthless. The cord is very long. Its a very light unit making it a snap to carry and store. The tank snaps off with ease and you can carry it to the garage without it dropping its contents everywhere. The fan on the side is very powerful and the filter does a great job. Overall this little unit is impressive and the $40.00 I spent on it is nothing compared to its convenience and friendliness.

This little miracle corded vacuum 47R51 by Bissell out preforms all of the battery operated small vacuums. The is because it is corded and has more power and also because it is a Bissell product, from a line of manufacturers in vacuums known for top quality and performance. I wish Bissell made this same corded vacuum in a hand held vacuum that could be one and 1/2 times as large so that the see through cannister would be able to hold more dire and hair and cat litter. The only disadvantage of this product is the fact that it is too small and has to be emptied more frequently than another vacuum might be emptied. The replicable filters are useful and do not cost much and do not have to be replaced at every emptying of the dirt trap. Also, taking it apart and reassembling it is very easy and much more logical than other small vacuums in its category. Remember, power is related to the ability to plug a unit into an electrical source. Forget about the battery charging units, the amount of time that they perform before recharging is too limited.

This is a good alternative for one of those large home vaccums that weight too much. In terms of price, suction and portability, this is definitely a winner as it excells in all of these categories. I have mostly used it to clean up the inside of cars, and I like that it is very light for the amount of suction that it holds. Best thing is that it is wired, so no messing around with loss of suction due to low battery level.
