> 3 dayI’ve tried several plant & whey protein powders & keep coming back to this. Great flavor, mixes easily b& makes delicious smoothies. I wanted to love a plan protein powder because I basically eat vegetarian, I just couldn’t stand the taste. This one is 100% whey isolate which is better absorbed than concentrate, made from grass fed cows & leaves no aftertaste. All I add is a nut milk, banana or blueberries & some almond butter.

> 3 dayBought 2 of these, then went with a generic brand which gave me indigestion. Im a senior woman with no health problems, but am underweight and tire easily. A smoothie in the morning perks me up and gets me through the day. Needless to say, Im back to Bio-Chem!

Greater than one weekI bought the 14.9oz container of the vanilla whey protein after reading the review written by John P. Now that Ive gone through almost half of it, Ill most likely be ordering the largest size available soon. The taste is 10x better than the cheap whey you might buy at a local grocery store, and it mixes well in a blender (I cant say much about the shake containers). If mixed well, the taste isnt overpowering and compliments fruits or other items you might want to mix with the powder. There is a sweet taste, but I would say its semi-sweet compared to pure vanilla extract or maybe white chocolate. Fructose from the fruits you mix in will be more prevalent to the taste. I personally like this recipe: Banana Delight Ingredients: 8 oz pure water 1/2 banana (frozen) 2 oz protein of choice (1/4 cup of this protein) 2 tsp flaxseed oil--This kind:

> 3 dayI use protein powders to supplement protein, because I’ve found it difficult to get enough in my diet. Despite being sensitive to dairy, I’ve had no issues with this product. It mixes easily, tastes great, and feels easily digestible. I love that it’s sourced from grass-fed cows, and that the ingredients are simple + clean. I’ve also used this while on a keto dietary protocol since it’s low carb. I’d definitely recommend.

> 3 dayA great way to get protein in your diet. I use the natural, because in the morning Im not interested in food so I might was well skip the flavors. This product is probably the best mixing protein powder that I have ever used. Con: the measuring scoop is a joke. It is awkward. The flavored versions of this brand come with a short scoop that you use two of. This one comes with an extra deep scoop you are supposed to use one of. With the size of the container, it just simply is impractical and messy to try to use. Based on weight and if I compact it a bit, I can use the shorter scoop from one of the flavored containers x2 and end up with the right number of grams on the scale, for serving size. Pro: enjoy the easy mixing. The natural flavor is not delicious and not disgusting, it truly is a neutral that would probably work in very well if someone wanted to make protein shakes.

> 3 dayFrom what Ive read online, whey is one of the safest protein sources (the plant-based stuff sounds good until you read about all of the chemicals like arsenic, mercury and lead that come from the environment and are concentrated in particularly brown rice). The Natural version of this product doesnt list any sugars or sweeteners or artificial flavors. Using a full scoop (supplied but buried about half-way into the powder) makes a creamy glass of milk. I use half a scoop to make it last longer, and Im not sure I need the full 20g of additional protein. The product isnt very easy to dissolve, so I use a little bit of hot water and fill the rest of glass with whole milk to offset the dilution. Overall, exactly what is described.

> 3 dayLOVE this protein! Spent a long time looking at different proteins, but chose this one since I dont want a ton of protein or calories, especially since I also have this with a snack. 1 Scoop of the Natural flavor mixed with 8 ounces of Vanilla almond milk is DELICIOUS!! It is a bit clumpy when mixed with a spoon, but I personally dont mind that. Using a blender gets rid of the clump factor. Mixed with the almond milk, I thought this protein tasted very similar to a shake. I used the Sweetened Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Vanilla (its a little bit better than 1% milk, no cholesterol, no saturated fat, about 10 less calories, but less protein). I just started a weight training routine along with my husband and wanted to add just a bit of protein, so we split the 1 scoop + 8 oz between us, & plan to only have this on strength training days. We both get a decent amount of protein throughout the day, and also have a little snack after the shake, such as 1 tbsp peanut butter with Trader Joes Multi-Grain Crackers and half an apple. That adds another 6 protein, so we have a total of 15-17 protein with everything, depending on portions. I am not very knowledgable when it comes to nutrition, but recently I have been improving immensely. I have noticed since I added a lot more protein to my diet (steamed chicken mostly), my body feels MUCH better and I believe protein is the reason I am recovering faster. I am still at the beginning of my exercise routine, but I do push myself further as things get easier. I have lost 18.5 pounds in nearly two months, based off changes in diet & exercising for 45 minutes to 1 hour 5-6 days per week. Im hoping adding strength training & this protein powder will help me build some more muscle and further aid in getting healthier. I recently read a recipe for protein powder (you will need a blender) that claims to taste a bit like a Creamsicle. The recipe is as follows: - 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (since Natural is slightly Vanilla flavored, this might be fine- if not, Id imagine a touch of Vanilla extract would do the trick) - 1 Grapefruit (peeled) - A few ice cubes Blend and enjoy! I hope to try this out this weekend. If its awful, Ill come back to edit that. Id like to note that Grapefruit is very famous for its fat burning abilities (whether true or not), but check with your Doctor before having Grapefruit if you are taking Prescription medications- apparently it can be very dangerous & life threatening with certain pills. *Update: I hated the first recipe, but my husband enjoyed it. My favorite recipe uses Trader Joes frozen berry medley (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries). Recipe as follows: - 1 scoop Natural protein powder - 1 cup Vanilla almond milk - 3/4 cup Trader Joes Berry Medley Blend & enjoy! > 3 dayThis is by far the most delicious protein Ive had. Im really picky with the flavors and I hate the chemical taste or stevia after taste left in your mouth after some of the other brands. But this one tastes a little like a chocolate ovaltine. So easy to digest also. Since its been so easy to drink this consistently throughout my day, Ive finally been seeing results with my workouts. I mix it either with a glass of milk in the Blender Bottle or with some cold brew and a splash of milk . So happy I found this!! Just tried the vanilla flavor and its like drinking a vanilla ice cream shake - so delicious!

> 3 dayIve used & tried many protein powders over the years. Im one of those people with an extremely sensitive gut and havent been able to digest more than 60% of the products that Ive tried. The reason being all the additives, artificial sweeteners, sugars and other loads of artificially processed chemicals/products to enhance the taste or the nutrition value. To make matters worse, whey is being derived out of nutritionally enhanced & processed milk with use of GMOs and load of other garbage. What all this is doing to the health people is probably beyond the scope of this discussion. Im a fairly experienced body-builder following a pretty strict diet regimen and lift weights 5 days a week. I dont believe in putting a bunch of chemicals in my body for muscle growth and have long term side-effects like ED, stomach issues, balding etc. Ive been an off & on vegetarian too which called for a need for protein supplement. Ive been using Biochem whey for about 2 years now and I go through about 2-3 cans every month. Here are some of the areas where this product stands out from others in its league: -Natural whey (when they say it, they mean it), free of any growth hormones -No added sugars & fat free, so no extra carbs which means you only get what you need -No artificial flavors, chemicals or any garbage that is not meant for ingestion by human body -Natural flavor (what I use) is almost tasteless, so it makes a great protein additive without altering the taste of the beverage in pretty much anything - smoothies, yogurt, milk, almond milk.. -One of the easily mixing protein powders that Ive used Some of the downsides of the product: -People who are used to bottled protein supplements like muscle milk which is loaded with sugars and other stuff and associate those tastes/sugars with protein shakes may not like the taste on this one because it practically doesnt have a taste -Its one of the more expensive protein powders (per oz) Overall Im very happy with the results Ive gotten. There is no supplement that will replace a good balanced diet, healthy eating habits and nutrition from natural products like fruits, vegetables, poultry, fish etc. If you are looking to get bigger or repair your worked out muscles or just need a protein supplement (on top of your good balanced diet) to meet your daily protein intake, this is a great product!
