After reading good reviews i decided to buy this. One thing i noticed it the caninster is a little small (7L) but it comes about 80% full. The flavor is super unique and it doesnt leave that unplesany whey aftertaste in your mouth. It satisfies hungrr instantly as well. I used a gnc shaker cup to mix it and it had no issues dissolving. Most sugar free shakes that are this healthy are probably going to be sweetened with a disgusting artificial sweetner, not this one because the 3rd ingredient is coconut oil. How smart to use coconut oil! I use this as for pre/post workout as it contains 20g of protein. Its 99% lactose free (wow) and it has tons of amino acids. The flavor is terrific its just biting into a coconut chew. You can easily blend it with milk in a blender and add fruit and it would taste even better. So glad i made this purchase!

My go to protein powder. I did Beach Bodys Insanity and was DYING every week, sore and stiff, even if the exercises were becoming easier. On a personal trainers recommendation, I started using Biochems Whey Natural, and I seriously felt that I not only recovered faster, but I felt a significant difference in my muscle growth. In conjunction with using BB Insanity for 2-3 months, adhering to a clean and moderate diet, I lost my target 17lbs, from 139lbs to 122lbs and actually kept it off. It was great! I used a scoop of this in my berry smoothie post workout, in conjunction with Garden of Life Detoxifiber. Never had any adverse effects and have relied on it for 3 more years after I first used it whenever Im working out. I was definitely super fit after the intense program, though not terribly cut, which I didnt want to be. My muscles were rock hard, but I wasnt aiming to get shredded, so I still kept a nice soft layer of fat. Just lean with nicely visible muscles. The taste is totally negligible when mixed in any smoothie, and I would definitely not recommend it in water. It just ends up kind of chalky. Try to consume it within 30 min of your workout for best results, and dont use it when youre NOT working out.

I like this product and have used it for years. I have tried the chocolate and the vanilla and like them equally. Both flavors are really good . This product unlike some, this one mixes very well even if not using a blender but just a shaker bottle. There is no chalky taste and it comes in a sweetened version , one that has stevia or an unsweetened variety. It is my go to for protein powders

I love it! It was a few months ago when I started drinking the Biochem protein. I was attracted to it after rigorously comparing dozens of different protein powders against my needs. I began with the Vanilla, and have also tried the Chocolate, as well as the Berries + Whey protein powders. They were all pretty good, but my ultimate favorite is the Vanilla! Recently, Ive decided to cut back on my sugar intake even more in my daily diet, so I decided to give the Vanilla sugar-free option a try. I was worried about the change at first because I absolutely LOVED those delicious little sugar crystals at the bottom of the glass after drinking the shake- I looked forward to it everyday as a dessert! LOL. A small treat like that (especially at the end of the day) can be quite lovely and exciting for someone whos daily diet consists of eating low-sugar! To my surprise, the Vanilla sugar-free tasted NO different from the regular. Im not sure if this is just me and my own taste-buds talking, but I really didnt taste a difference at all. I will miss my sugar crystals, and perhaps one day Ill return to them. Also, thanks for the minimal-ingredient formula, Biochem!! Many peeps seriously appreciate that.

I feel like this is all anyone should be looking for in a post-workout protein mix its the only one ive found that isnt full of fake sugar or synthetic enhancement chemicals that some goon who put Dr. in front of his name liberally tosses in and puts a massive markup on even though no one knows what any of that stuff does, it just looks good on the shiny foil sticker this powder is clean, simple, and has helped me get results...the powder is VERY fine so it mixes well, and i highly recommend this Natural flavor that has a pleasant faint sweetness...be careful if you find this stuff at the store to make sure its the natural flavor, because the packaging on the super gross vanilla flavor looks exactly the same...might as well just buy it here since Amazon is the cheapest anyway

Great source of protein, low sugar and vendor delivered fast.

From what Ive read online, whey is one of the safest protein sources (the plant-based stuff sounds good until you read about all of the chemicals like arsenic, mercury and lead that come from the environment and are concentrated in particularly brown rice). The Natural version of this product doesnt list any sugars or sweeteners or artificial flavors. Using a full scoop (supplied but buried about half-way into the powder) makes a creamy glass of milk. I use half a scoop to make it last longer, and Im not sure I need the full 20g of additional protein. The product isnt very easy to dissolve, so I use a little bit of hot water and fill the rest of glass with whole milk to offset the dilution. Overall, exactly what is described.
