it is sturdy and at a nice height, but it can bounce up and down. I dont notice it too much to be bothered by it. Overall a good product and worth the buy/price.

This is probably the best thing I have purchased now that we are all working from home during the COVID crisis. I was juggling my work ThinkPad and my personal laptop front-to-back to accommodate work-related Zoom and WebEx sessions and it was driving me nuts. Now my work ThinkPad is on the elevated platform so when I Zoom I can just lift up the cover and not have to move it all around. To check out the sturdiness factor I put my larger and a little heavier personal Lenovo laptop on it - perfect. Dont let its sparse appearance deter you - it is functional and I can see it will last a very long time. In the photo to the right is also another awesome little product I got on Amazon - a USB powered mini-fan called the SmartDevil - it is so incredible, the low setting keeps me cool during the hot afternoons. For reference of size, my ThinkPad is 13 x 8 1.12 and my Lenovo is 14 x 9 1/2.

The item was very easy to assemble and functions much better than my previous laptop rising solution (a stack of large cookbooks and high school yearbooks). Since it comes in only three pieces, it may not be the most compact option out there for travel (you might want a collapsible / foldable model in that case). There is little to no wobble when I try to type while my computer is on the stand, so this is a good choice if you are not intending to use an additional keyboard.

This is perfect for an at-home office setup. Theres room on my 48 desk for my actual monitor and this stand without any issues or bulk. Way better than relying on a stack of books or putting my laptop on my desk.

Very sturdy, and the grippy pads work well to keep the whole thing stable and to keep your laptop in place. Makes a big difference in not having to look down at your screen.
