Cant get this with regularity or on shopping cycle, and can get larger less expensive at Costco, but they too dont always have it... and the Costco brand isnt as good as this brand. Completely tasteless, odorless, and doesnt change the texture of the drink you put it into - unlike the metamucil option of years ago. I use this in my morning hot drink daily, from a diner sugar dispenser, and I like the fact that it is an easy option to simply keep my system constant.

This does seem to work if taken regularly and 3 times a day as described. Has no taste. Dissolves better in hot liquids rather than cold liquids.

I am vey satisfied. This stuff is great. At 65 I can enjoy my visit to the throne.

Seeng as I didnt purchase this to help with bowel movements (dont really see a difference) but for the effect of making you feel fuller longer, I love this. It gives me more control over my sweet tooth by making me feel comfortabley full. TOTALLY taste free & grit free. Love it

Product is meant to regulate. It does so superbly. Easy to use in any liquid. Dissolves easily, no taste.

If you take more than the recommended dose, this stuff will clear you out. Quickly.
